Just traded in my rx for another one gently used. The experience was excellent and we were greeted by Gary and Mauro as soon as we parked. I found one i liked on line and showed up at 8:40 pm. We left at 10 pm completely satisfied with our trade in price and no haggle price on our newer one. I read a lot of comments and find that the management that we encountered - Greg. Gary, Heath and Reggie were friendly, helpful, reasonable and professional, even.when.the place was supposed to close at 9. We were never rushed. Warranties were presented but not pressured and as a cash buyer, we weren't shown the back lot looking for a used car, we just went to the lot accross the street from the main showroom. It was easy and the experience was surprisingly fast. We would definitely reccommend finding Gary or Heath as they were great to work with.

Service was excellent! Sasha was very professional, patient, well-informed, & kind. She knows her stuff and answered all of my specific questions.
If you have any questions down the line just reach out to someone from the team and chances are it's something they'll be able to clear up for you.

this is the 6th car we have purchased or leased from JM Lexus.
Our salesman for this lease was Michael Dubler who was able to smooth over the entire process.
these fine people along with the entire service staff make this the best car dealer we have ever dealt with.

Michael was helpful, the Finance Mgr he called over was indifferent.Steve the GM was helpful.
Post sale I called 4 times as I think there was a mistake on my finance form -still no call back from Michael or his team lead - I left her a message too ..

First, let me give the positive: my service rep Donna was awesome and friendly, and upon pickup I interacted with the service manager and she was also very service oriented and friendly. The negative fat outweighs the positive however. One thing you expect when you originally buy a Lexus IS the ability to get a loaner car when you service your car, I was denied this because they didn t like my insurance company ( a national company), this probably means that they outsource their loaners to a shady company, but I am also ready for a new car and this has just disqualified Lexus from being a new purchase for me. They also were not time sensitive for me
To drop off my car and leave (I had someone waiting to pick me up and take me to a meeting), even when I Picked up the vehicle I waited 15 minutes after paying for them to give me the vehicle ( and they do wash the car, but don t do a good job). Finally, their prices are outrageous, even for a dealership. I had a $900 bill and did not let them do simple things because they wanted to charge hundreds more. Perhaps they take advantage because of the aging population in south Florida, but it is not acceptable and unless someone is found a warranty item, I suggest finding somewhere else to go for service.

My experience at JMLexus was nothing short of excellent. Your product
is excellent but it it the personnel assisting that makes the experience
so good.

My husband and I enjoyed our time with him so much. He already has Lexus in mind for his next car too, and when that time comes we will be going back to Kahari. A perfect car buying experience.

The complimentary car washes are a nice touch, however, the quality of the car wash is horrible. My car was covered in smudges and water spots. My vehicle s appearance was better BEFORE the car wash.

There are no other car dealers in South Florida that give the level of service that you get from JM Lexus. I'm a 25 + year Lexus customer and currently own a 2016 IS 200 F sport and Friday 5/22/20, I purchased a 2020 IS 300. Love this model. Service is always exceptional. This was my second Lexus that I purchased from Brian Mintzer. Brian's customer service skills are always exceptional! Since Brian is the business manager he had Reggie Leo assist me with the contract and answered all my questions about the 2020 is 300 that I had . Reggie also provided excellent customer service skills.

The service at JM Lexus Is above excellent! It s EXCEPTIONAL!! Sebastian Camacho is very service oriented and professional. He guided my RX350 through the service department for a fuel pump recall and took extra time to replace batteries in both my key fobs as well as showing me how to sync my phone messages to my car display. Leaving with a full tank of gas and a car wash Is what made this experience EXCEPTIONAL!!

Just purchased new ES 350 Fsport from JM Lexus and had great experience. Living in Tampa, I was connected with Ryan Allison on phone call and worked with him through the transaction. Ryan was extremely helpful and quick to respond over the couple of days it took to finalize the transaction. He was very knowledgeable about the Lexus products in general and the ES in particular. Also, since I was trading in my 2014, Ryan worked closely with Bryan Menzer to get the maximum trade value. I also spoke with Bryan and was very impressed as well. He was a pleasure to work with and was open and honest in what they could do. Ryan facilitated all the paperwork and made it quick and easy. The pricing approach that JM Lexus uses takes the guesswork out of the picture and make it very easy and you know your are getting a great price.
