Walking into JM Lexus in Margate feels distinctly like a traditional car dealership, with a pretty masculine atmosphere. Unless you’re in Accounting or Marketing, you’ll likely find yourself dealing with male managers and mostly male staff.

This car purchase was the easiest ever! The price was really great! Keegan was prompt in giving pricing and time frame. Bruno Di Sliva was wonderful to work with! Very attentive!

Life experiences sometimes can leave you with your face in the dirt, this happened to me with my credit. I called over 15 dealerships some of them was the largest dealerships in south Florida; nevertheless, they all run my credit and they all rejected me. I began to feel discouraged and so down because I cannot get approved and unable to drive a proper vehicle and to rebuild my credit. I began thinking about my failure and how I would never make it past this obstacle. When I was about to give up here comes Kenneth T and Dario D (JM Lexus) to the rescue, there are certain experiences you wish never to experienced again (bad credit) but not the JM Lexus experienced making car buying fun and easy I would say for once in my life I enjoyed buying a vehicle. LONG time waiting for an operator. LONG time waiting for following up 3 hours after my case was taken. LONG time waiting for the assistance. Assistance was quick, courteous, and knowledgable about his job. In total, 3.5 hours waiting only 1/2 an hour after I recieve the first call rom the technician until I started the car. My wife and I had a great experience with Brandon when buying a car. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very upfront about details. Also, we had our one year old with us the whole time. Brandon and the rest of the team really went out of their way to help us out while we lugged a stroller and car seat around to do our test drive, get snacks for our daughter, etc.... Update: After the review, I was contacted by one of the managers from the body shop and provided with the documents I had requested. I understand that things can fall between the cracks and such. I have changed my review rating to four stars because other than the isolated incident I experienced with one representative, it should not deter future customers when all the other reps were indeed helpful and courteous. Please note this is a review of the collision center representative I have had the displeasure of working with, not the sales reps or body shop technicians. I had my vehicle repaired here back in 2015 and the work performed was top-notch. The issue lies with the representative Abby. I was in an automobile accident and the at-fault party was responsible for paying for my damages. Granted, the insurance company might ve been difficult to deal with, such was not the case. I essentially had to stay in constant contact with the insurance company because they were supposedly non responsive to my Lexus repair rep. Whenever I contacted the insurance adjuster, they would always return my calls quickly, not Abby. Long story short, vehicle is repaired. Fast forward three years later, currently in midst of insurance issue and I require the invoice of the work that was performed on my vehicle by JM Lexus. I was told by the phone operators that the only person who can assist me is Abby. Abby does not return messages. My last message was on 7/12/18. For some reason the phone operators keep transferring me to Abby, someone who does not return my calls. Again, this is an account of my experience with the collision center representative. If you choose to have your vehicle repaired here, be wary of who your representative will be and the possible communication errors that might occur.

Went for a regular oil change/ tune up.. Attended by lexus express service consultant Omar. He was very attentive and answered other questions I had about my car (squeeling noise from brake etc) and took care of all issues promptly. Later on he came and looked for me in the lounge on the 2nd floor to advise an update and time frame of when my car would be ready. This dealership is hands down first class. To the waiting lounge with free sandwiches, bagels, coffee, sodas, wifi, etc. To the exceptional staff on hand for any questions or needs. All around. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

I bought this car without going into the dealership. I bought it on line. Not quite the same as being there, seeing & touching the car. It was a good deal, but after I got the car I realized there where many difference from the 2017 that I had. My 2017 had a moon roof, fog lights, heated seats, door guards + a few more goodies. That s why the 2020 was so much less. I didn t realize this until after the car was delivered and paid. WOW! But I live this sport

In Jan. 2019 I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Lexus LS460 from JM Lexus, GREAT Purchase. Carlos Nunez my service manager and friend for the past 20 years, took very good care of me, as usual. I had my 30,000 mile service and 4 new tires. GREAT JOB, as usual. Thanks Carlos and JM Lexus. I have been getting my cars serviced at JM Lexus for the past 15 years and Carlos Nunez has been my service manager for all that time. Carlos Nunez is not an order-taker he is my service adviser and I consider him my friend. On one occasion I called him on his day off and left him a message concerning a problem with my LS430. Carlos called me back the same day arranged for the problem to be fixed the next day. Carlos can be trusted to tell the customer exactly what is needed, at the best price. I consider Carlos Nunez my friend, at JM Lexus.

Excellent location because is near to the Florida Turnpike, Sawgrass Expressway, and 441. When you enter the front desk the ambient makes you fell comfortable and the front desk lady welcomes you with a big - warm smile. The facilites are well illuminated but the temperature is a little bit colder than normal, ok when we visited the dealer it was cold, but something that is noticeable is that the floors are very slippery so please be careful. The shopping experience is excellent because I had the opportunity to research the car using their website prior to go to the dealer so if you think you are getting a good deal is because that s what it is. Please keep in mind that this is a business and they have to make a profit in their products, so in my case I got a good deal, and the vehicle that I bought drives and looks excellent. Joshua Kantor the Sales Manager helped all the time with my purchase and was excellent explaining and presenting the vehicle and its features. The financial team is easy to work with and they are there to help you. In addition, when they say there are no dealer fees is true, no dealer fees, what you see is what you pay plus the normal sales tax and registration. In short, at JM Lexus you will receive world class customer service.

I went into JM lexus Black Friday to return my lease. I was a little nervous because the previous dealer i got my IS from was quoting me a ridiculous new payment. I went into JM expecting relatively the same thing and thinking theres NO way I m going to be leaving here with a deal that I want. I met with my sales Manager Reggie Leo and explained everything to him. Reggie went above and beyond to get me the deal that i wanted! He explained everything to me more than any other car salesman has ever done. He even explained what the future would be looking like when I had to return my lease. Reggie was very knowledgeable about the cars and the products. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient and caring. Not once did i feel like i was asking too many questions.
