Constantly lied to! I have my kid brother whom is attending medical school in S Florida and so I decided to treat him to a new car. I got my best deal from Lexus Of Pines THEN reached out to JM and FRAN assured me they would make it a true sign and drive because she had "certificates" to apply.
When we got there the sales manager(Michael Paliotta) insisted that's not possible and we would have to put down 600 bucks. We left.
The next day Hieu Vo the New Car Sales Director sent me and email and I explained the situation. Another internet manager (JEFF) called me, apologized, and waived the 600.00 bucks.
The second day there and it turns out our sales man Rick Barone told us POINT BLANK that THERE WAS NO FIRST TIME BUYERS PROGRAM WITH LEXUS FINANCIAL and I would have to co sign for my little brother ( which i was willing and able to do). NOT TRUE as I called other Lexus dealerships and spoke to a couple business mangers WHICH THEY CONFIRMED that there is in fact a FTBP!

Now its night TWO and about 11pm. 10 hours so far and Keegan Potter is my assigned business manager. He as well as the sales man are questioning the 1000.00 recent grad rebate available from Lexus Financial. I explain that my kid brother is ENROLLED in a local medical school as well recently graduating from undergrad, also pointing to his student loans as obvious proof.

THEY DIDN'T DELIVER THE CAR! I was told that even though my kid brother has Tier 1 credit they WOULD NOT sign the 1000.00 recent college grad rebate until MONDAY because of some nonsense. The business manager told me THE only way they would contract and roll the car tonight is if I paid the 1000.00 bucks for the rebate upfront! BUT MY KID BROTHER IS ENROLLED IN MEDICAL SCHOOL! HE HAS A ID, TRANSCRIPTS, COMMITMENT FROM CLEVELAND CLINIC! So we would have to wait till Monday when they can "confirm"

We left sooooo disappointed and frustrated that it is no longer a happy of fun experience, i truly regret steering my younger brother away from his 35k approval from car max.

THEY MADE THE DEAL WE LOVE THE CAR, RATING CHANGED TO 5 STARS !
