From past experiences, I ve always dreaded buying a car. The search, the haggling, the back and forth waiting games, shady dealerships etc. However, with JM Lexus from start to finish it was smooth! From the moment you walk through the door they are so welcoming! We saw the car we wanted, they informed us upfront there is no haggling and even looked online with us at other vehicles listed for sale to see price comparisons. They were truly the least expensive around since all other dealerships had hidden fees they ll tack on after getting you through the door. Our salesman Kahari was great, he was patient and had a good sense of humor all while keeping it professional. Here, I could tell they all work as a team and every salesman is trained to also work your finance papers! I did not get passed around and didn t have to wait excruciatingly long for the whole sale to be completed. I walked out loving my purchase, not feeling cheated, and with plenty of time to spare! This experience has truly changed my perspective on buying a car, I just hope all other dealerships follow suit with JM
