This is my third Lexus but this is my first time purchasing at JM Lexus . The Sales Manager Ryan O'Kuhn was a pleasure to work with . I really like that they give you their best price up front and you don't have to deal with negotiating which in past cases can be interesting and fustrating. They made it simple and easy. I had any issue connecting the new vehicle to the garage door and they are sending someone out to help. Well worth the 65 mile drive to get a good deal and work with some great people. Every person that assisted me at the dealership from start to finish (Jody, Meghan, and John Nehar) were wonderful. They were professional, had great customer service skills and I appreciated their efforts on my behalf.

Typically great service and truly it is more of the exception than the rule that this particular service was less than perfect. Simple oil change and filter and inspection went well. However the installation of the new battery was sloppy from the improper placement of the battery on the battery tray to the lack of greasing the polls before installing the cables which were not cleaned left dirty and not reinstalling the rubber flanges or sleeves that went over the positive and negative pole. One of the supervisors caught me looking to check the work and sent the truck back to reposition the battery in the plate and will order new pulse sleeves and will assure me that the polls will be greased before installation of the connector cable s

I m 93 and not sure if this is my last car but I had a terrific experience with Kahari. He was very kind and patient with me. I ll recommend all my friends and family to him and your dealership.

It started off well with trying to get the vehicle I wanted. I really wanted a dark interior but I settled for the lighter interior for various reasons. I started the paperwork in the morning but came back to finalize in the evening. However, I was passed over to another sales associate because the one I was working with earlier was busy with another customer, fine. But this other sales rep was also busy but came and spoke to me for maybe 5 minutes for add-ons to the car. He left and saw me in passing and said he was on his way to me but another customer needed to see him...once again, fine. Unfortunately, it happened twice. But pretty much after waiting around for 45 minutes, I had enough and left. It took the sales rep another 10 minutes to call me to realize I was no longer around. Definitely not the experience I was expecting at JM.

Leasing my car was transparent, straightforward and a good deal. Jonathan Dedrick actually helped me clean out my old car and then spent an incredible amount of time setting up and programming the new sophisticated features. A great experience.

JM Lexus was helpful and my sales associate, Rego was a pleasure to work with. However, they were unwilling to negotiate with their price. There was a point when I wanted to close the deal and my sales associate disappeared for about 45 minutes. I am happy with my purchase overall.

Purchasing my new Lexus NX300 was the most relaxing and easy car burying experience I have eve had. Very disappointed with the service department. I picked up my car this morning and I was told that an issue had been fixed on my way home I realized the issue was not. When I called I was told that a manager would call me back, that was almost 4 hours ago.

Great sales experience , good service department but there Body Shop should never considered for your Lexus . we had a damaged right bumper cover , quoted 1700 to repair . The car was dropped off in the morning then after an hour , the repair was re quoted at over 5000 ??. So we purchased the required parts worth $620 from Lexus and had it repair at Deerfield Auto body for $600 . One of the parts from Lexus was not correct it was for the left side of the car instead of the right , we brought it back for a credit . after waiting 45 mins they did not want to credit us the $21.00 part trying to make excuses ? . since my time is worth more then 21.00 per hour i left the part with Lexus . do yourself a favor go to another body shop before you spend your time at JM Lexus auto body. Since they tried to over charge me , you really have to question the integrity of this Lexus locate .

I appreciate what Rigot Dilus has done for me. He was very patient, courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about my car sale from start to finish.

This is the antithesis of the sleazy experience you normally get from a car dealer. It makes buying a car a pleasant experience. We special ordered our car and the salesman kept us informed about its progress. His tutorial after we bought the car was very thorough and he responded very quickly to some questions I had a few days later. No question we will buy our next car here.
