This is the worst customer service ever.... Nothing ever goes well.
When I purchased my lease I was told they will include the CARE PLAN that covers the maintenance, this was in 2015.
Forward two weeks ago, I took my car for service and I was told I have to pay $176.... Why, cause my plan did not cover it.
I needed to speak with sales, two weeks trying to get hold of a Manager who finally said the Sales person no longer works here and most of my information wasnt transferred over to the new system. I was covered for up to 25000 miles, my car is at 24600 miles..... Then I was told its not covered cause I had it done at 22000 miles, so why was it done if it was not needed???? I was told this plan is until the end of the lease, oh you need to speak with Service, called service the manager said oh no we can't do anything thats the sales dept we only do service..... So who's going to credit my $176 and when can I bring this car back, Ms.Ali you will still be responsible for the lease and you will need another oil change before the lease end that will cost $150... Are you freaking kidding me why would I agree to such BS, when clearly the sales person said if you get it we will throw the plan for the lease term saving you $100s and one less thing to worry about seeing I was pregnant at he time that sounded great, now I'm told, you cannot come back 3yrs later saying thats not what you got.
I'm not going to give this up, this is a nightmare and I'm always fighting with JM LEXUS. This was despicable just to get a sale especially since I was pregnant at the time.

I ve been coming here for service for years and they are always the best. I usually deal with Matt O Brien and is great. They have everything ready so I can be in and out quickly. They do a great job.

My Husband & I had the pleasure to do business with 2 great professionals @ JM Lexus. Their names are Omar Criz & Justin Warner.

We truly recommend them for any future lease or purchase you may have at JM Lexus, they will most defenetely go the extra mile to make you happy.

This was an amazing buying experience.
Firstly the price was right and not open to the usual car purchase shenanigans of starting with an inflated price and reducing it to make you think you got a good deal!
The product was exceptional! I bought a UX which has almost every bell and whistle, most of them as standard. Love my new car!
On top of all of this excellence there was German, our sales manager.
He took an enormous amount of time ( and skill) to ensure we had the car that suited us, at a price that also suited us, and he was happy to look at many differing price options. However, as noted above, this only included the differing models and lease lengths and options, not massaging the price!!
He also took the time to understand both every word of the contract we were signing but also the many ( very many!!!) wonderful technological features of my lively new car. Thank you for your time German!

Hands down best leasing experience I ve had. Kahari was extremely helpful and straight to the point. He got us the exact car we were looking for when no other car dealership could and on top of that the price was unbeatable!

Via the knowledgeable telephone appointment representative I was able to get my car serviced. Kudos to elevating service experience

For over 30 years I have been a professional salesman, mainly in the advertising industry. Alex is one of the most professional salesmen I have ever dealt with, and the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. JM Lexus is truly a different and outstanding car dealership. No haggling and everything up front.

i was very disappointed with the attitude of the service associate. I have been a Lexus customer for many years and he was by far the least helpful and not at all customer service oriented.
I felt he was taking advantage of me as an older female ....

We went to the service department this week and the experience was excellent. The team there goes above and beyond for the customers, specially Mr. Andrew Pickett. We arrived at the store very frustrated with an issue and he was able to resolve it very professionally, efficiently and to our maximum satisfaction. Nothing short of what you would expect from the Lexus brand. We walked out happy and would recommend this delearship to anyone, specially the service department. Acquiring my new car was a wonderful experience. Eric Rodgers was in touch with me through calls, Tex and e-mail. I explained what I was looking for and he provided stock numbers. I looked up the cars online then went to see the car I was interested in. I went home. He drew up the paperwork and delivered the car to my house the next day. Can t get any easier than that.

This has been my 4th purchase at JM Lexus and by far the best!!!! Went there on a weekday and requested 2 specific SUVs for a test drive. Salesman was neither helpful nor knowledgeable. Needless to say I went and got my car from elsewhere. Still furious that I wasted 2 hours of my life.

Michael is such an amazing service advisor. He blows all of the other ones away that I have used. I have had a lot happen with my vehicle in the past year not my fault it was the manufacturers fault. I ve been frustrated with Lexus the past year but I m glad I had Michael because he truly made my experience so much better. Made me more comfortable having my Lexus and just was so informative. Had an amazing experience with Reggie, he initially helped my dad out with his new car a few weeks ago and then I decided I also wanted to get a new car with him. Definitely someone I d refer to anyone who wants a car from Lexus. He had us in & out.

Once deciding on the vehicle I wanted,ES350, the Dealership offered to showed me the various cars available and they had me test drive the vehicle. Went from a 2017 ES to a 2021 which has considerable enhancements. Finally we went over numerous financial options I had.
