JM Lexus is THE best! I originally purchased my car from Khaled Dandashi who really is just phenomenal! The kind of sales person who keeps in touch and has helped me with numerous questions and "little things" ever since I bought my car in 2010. I would definitely buy from him in the future because he treats you as more than a sale or transaction. He treats people like a professional relationship that he'll be around for. I love that! I also had a great experience at the body shop when I didn't win the fight with my garage (oops). Anyway, it was Khaled who answered my franic call yesterday at 8 am! Meanwhile a manager at another dealer (much closer to my house) didn't even call me back. I must compliment JM's service staff for today. I went as a walk-in and since I live 40 miles away this means getting up early and having my fingers crossed. But again JM delivered awesome service! Will and Ryan were kind and helpful. I am writing this review with the spare time I have because I didn't sit there all day like I would have assumed (when getting anything checked on your car, on a Saturday, as a walk-in). The service really was "express". I had a coffee in their upscale waiting area, ran into Khaled! and within 30 minutes Will was pleasantly smiling (saying hi to all the customers) and told me my car was ready! I hope Lexus takes good care of these guys because they take great care of their customers! Thank you JM!
