On the day I leased my new car I had truly just taken my current vehicle in for routine maintenance. I had not the first inkling to be looking at a new car. While still there I received a call from Eric Rodgers in VIP Sales who asked about my interest in turning in my lease car early and looking at getting a newer model. I was fearful of considering such an offer as I am aware that doing this too early in a lease is not always a financially wise decision. However, I did agree to meet and discuss. To my genuine surprise Eric was not only able to make this a wise financial decision for me but also saved me much time and frustration by fulfilling all the roles of the leasing/purchasing process normally included in such a transaction. I engaged with Eric and no one else from beginning to end. He was courteous, patient, informative, professional, and clearly demonstrated a servant's heart throughout our time together. Because of this level of service I then proceeded to consider making a deal on a second car for my partner and ended up leaving that day with two vehicles....when I didn't even come looking for one! Eric is Service and Satisfaction personified. This is why I have personally had 8 Lexus RX 350's, not counting my partner or other family members. JM is the Place and Eric is the Man.
