Lexus takes getting your car serviced to the next level. They are professional and get your car done in a timely manner. The cafe is great for a coffee or snack while you wait but the 9 hole putting green really sets the bar. Amazing dealership.
By far the best Lexus dealer in the area. I purchase my Lexus at Autonation, because I got a better deal. JM is a lot better and cheaper for service. Great, modern installation. If you want, they give you a loaner even for an oil change. If you want to wait, you can grab a free snack, de no or espresso, sit in a massage chair, watch TV or read the papers.

It is the first time that my contact at JM Lexus actually communicated with me. I requested he communicate with me about the cost, if it was under warranty, if I would be able to get my car back the same day. I did not have to reach out once and be a pain to find out the requested info. Mr. Singh called me within a short time with the answers. He called me early to inform me the car would not be ready till the next day. And he called me first thing in the morning to let me know the car was done. Bravo Mr Ramesh Singh. The VIP Sales Manager Eric Rodgers offered me excellent customer service.
I got in touch with him few days before arriving. He answered all my questions every time I texted or e-mailed him. I know exactly what my cost would be if I decided to lease a Lexus. Most car dealership when you call, want to bring you in to test drive. They normally don't give you proper information. they just want to drag you in. This was not the case with JM Lexus. Eric at JM Lexus, SAVED me TIME and was very honest and direct with proper information. This is what I was looking for. Knowing my options with detail before even I spend the time to go into the dealership.
Then I met him in person at the dealership. Very professional and good attitude. He made me feel comfortable and made sure that I take my time making the right decision. For example, I wasn't sure about the color. He took the time to show me different colors and waited for me in the inventory lot so I can make my decision. I felt no pressure. He truly was there to help me. I even changed my decision on the color three times. He was still there patiently and made sure I am not rushed.
After I made my decision on the color, everything was done fast. I already knew the cost and he already had the paper work ready based on our previous phone conversations. Again, he save me time by finishing up the paperwork in a short time. He walked me through everything in the car and I was a happy camper.
Now I know where to go for my lease renewal. JM Lexus and will definitely want Eric Rodgers to help me. Thank you so much for making my car lease experience so pleasant.

I just had the best car buying experience at JM Lexus!! We bought a new RX 350 yesterday. The sales manager, Alex Bondarevsky, is very knowledgeable and informative on their products. He is not pushy like most of the sales rep. My husband and I were very happy with the entire process and enjoyed working with one point of contact. We also like the fact that JM Lexus (Lexus Plus) only give one price which is their best price, based on the fair market price so you don t have to shop around and feel exhausted.

On the day I leased my new car I had truly just taken my current vehicle in for routine maintenance. I had not the first inkling to be looking at a new car. While still there I received a call from Eric Rodgers in VIP Sales who asked about my interest in turning in my lease car early and looking at getting a newer model. I was fearful of considering such an offer as I am aware that doing this too early in a lease is not always a financially wise decision. However, I did agree to meet and discuss. To my genuine surprise Eric was not only able to make this a wise financial decision for me but also saved me much time and frustration by fulfilling all the roles of the leasing/purchasing process normally included in such a transaction. I engaged with Eric and no one else from beginning to end. He was courteous, patient, informative, professional, and clearly demonstrated a servant's heart throughout our time together. Because of this level of service I then proceeded to consider making a deal on a second car for my partner and ended up leaving that day with two vehicles....when I didn't even come looking for one! Eric is Service and Satisfaction personified. This is why I have personally had 8 Lexus RX 350's, not counting my partner or other family members. JM is the Place and Eric is the Man.

2/18/19 - Went to service today to have the brakes replaced. I was initially told the front rotors need to be replaced because they were not within the factory specs. I asked to please recheck because I knew that wasn't true because I previously went to an independent service facility, they measured the actual thickness of the rotor and knew they were still serviceable. They came back to me and told me I was correct. I asked how much they wanted to replace to replace the rotors. I was told it would be $400+. The parts cost a total of less than $75 for both front rotors. Needless to say, I didn't even need the rotors. What a rippoff.
The end result was they completed the job without replacing the rotors and everything was fine. Not my way of doing honest business. Shame on them.
The saving grace/silver lining to the whole episode was that I dealt with the nicest young man, Brandon Chandler. I higher recommend him as a top notch service writer.

This place has the best pricing on Lexus's in south Florida. Lexus of North Miami is very good also but I chose this dealership for the inventory they had and I had a very pleasant experience as well. Free lunch and coffee is another very nice thing to offer as well.
