I recently had my car serviced with repairs done here. I was helped by Brian Mintzer, Charles Durrant from service, and Enrique Cuevas from parts. They all helped accommodate me, ensured I had zero stress and had all my questions answered. Enrique and Brian coordinated with me weeks in advance to ensure everything went smoothly with parts, and fixes for my car. I would say they both went above and beyond and really set the bar high for customer service and satisfaction. I was extremely happy and pleased. Charles keep me updated after I dropped off my car. I was not kept in the dark on what was going on with my car. He ensured and verified that my car was ready and done correctly. Great experience. The techs did a perfect job fixing my car.
Even with covid going on, the dealership did a great job with making me feel safe. keep up the good work guys.
