I was on line last night trying to set up a service call for this morning and their site I was on showed on Wednesdays they were open at 7:00 whereas all other weekdays 7:30. I got here at 6:45 so I could be first in line and found out that today is no different than any other day and they don t open until 7:30. To say I am mad would be an understatement

Mr. Donald Norton was our sales manager and from beginning of our visit to the purchase of our car, his service was outstanding. He was well prepared to answer our questions and he provided us the opportunity to look at the cars that we were interested. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at JM Lexus. We had big smiles on our faces as we drove away in our new NX300 - actually, it's a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 NX300, but it definitely felt like new especially because of the low mileage. We very much enjoyed working with Michael D'ambra and it was great that Michael took the time to thoroughly explain all of the vehicle's features. All in all, it was a perfectly splendid experience!!

This review is pertaining to service rendered for my older LS460. Chico as he is affectionately called real name Ramesh Singh took pride in providing me great service and also took the time to explain every detail of what was being done to my car and why. He provided me a loaner of course and was prompt when the mechanic completed the job in notifying me. The mechanic did a great job as well as he didn't rush the job. I really appreciate that. All in all I was please with the way they handled everything.

It was my pleasure to have Christina Pantoja as my sales person, who negotiated the very best deal for me on leasing the 2020 RX 350 for two years. Christina was efficient, pleasant, and very conscious of acquiring the best deal for me - a beautiful 2020 RX 350. I returned on Sunday for my tech lesson to learn the changes on the new car. JM Lexus IS always excellent! They have the best customer service and always friendly. The beautiful dealership offers luxury seating and is always comfortable waiting on the car for service. All of the service advisors are fantastic and go above and beyond for you. I had an issue with a door panel and the manager helped me get a new one with no questions asked. Always buy a certified Lexus!

So much for loyalty to returning customers... If I could I would rate this dealership negative stars at this point. After having a great experience with my first lease (that I still have) with AJ Hernandez, I returned this month on the 17th to check what the possibility would be to get a into a new one with a bigger car as AJ promised me a better deal when I return. As it turns out he isn't working for the company any longer and I get sent to a Indian sales person (not that race matters in any form but I can't remember names and you should avoid this person if you ever walk in) that took 5 minutes to get me out of the door and make me swear to never deal with them again.
People do not have the time to drive there and hang around to be shown the prices on the Lexus website. We can see those prices from home and could press buy now if we thought those prices were right. A sales person should have the ability to lure you in and make you believe you're getting the best deal. All this guy could come up with is the web page and pointing a finger at those numbers. On top of that he tells me that those numbers aren't right anyway as the prices are before tax, registration, delivery fee and so on...
I know he took it personal when I told him that the numbers on the website were bull (because I have a lease with them and the deal I got on my car has nothing in common with their website or price tag on the car) and instead of doing his job and selling a car he preferred to show a customer who's the boss :) so he sold nothing. I had to tell him that he shouldn't have a job if at his best he can only come up with the prices on the website. Everyone has access to the website, I sure do not understand why they'd hire someone to show it to customers when they get there.
It's also funny that they send all these surveys and call 5 times every time they change your oil or feel they'd done something for you but this time around nobody contacted me to ask me what my experience was like..
Love the cars but when you have to deal with people like these.. I guess Infinity will be :)

I write this review in particular to caution women who are going to this dealership by themselves. My lifetime experience has been that car dealers take advantage of my lack of knowledge of vehicles as a woman and my tendency towards being a nice person. When I leased an NX200t in 2017 from this dealership they were very nice and assured me I was getting a great deal. In October of 2018 I got an appraisal to trade it in so I knew where I was at. Today I went in per my discussion I had with the salesperson I dealt with in October over the phone to verify the prior appraisal and trade in value only to be told by Mike Edwards when I arrived that my vehicle is now worth $7k less than it was in October. I asked about the prior appraisal and he said he has no proof of a prior appraisal or record of one. I told him that the only reason I considered trading in my car was because of the appraisal I was given by them at that time. I asked why the drastic difference in value in 6 months and he said I needed new tires and the vehicle market value for that particular model has dropped significantly since October. Apparently a Lexus does not hold its value very well. This was the first time I have dealt with Lexus at resale/trade in time and I definitely will not be back to JM and I will switch brands.

I would strongly caution anyone purchasing or leasing a Lexus from this dealership to be aware of the tactics used to keep people trapped in their current lease and the lack of value their cars will hold down the road.

Additionally I would like to mention that Mike Edwards is not very professional and really should not be working at JM. He is arrogant and argumentative. He tried to make his deal look fair by telling me he would give me the higher of the KBB value or his appraisal. Why would he not know the KBB value before even handing me the appraisal he just did on my car? I m certain he did and it was yet another tactic to appear as though he was doing me a favor. If he didn t know that value, I would seriously question how he is qualified to know the actual market value of my car in the first place.

He said a lease s value with Lexus is never at or below the payoff value and that is why I would have to continue with my car until next December.
I have made a career change and was trying to get a 4-5 year old car as a purchase because my mileage was going to significantly increase. My Lexus has a clean carfax and is below its mileage for the lease agreement.
I m glad I now know how they truly do business and the type of people I would be subjected to when I go there.

What a great dealership to work with, no haggling and they we re fair with my trade in giving it the sale value. I am happy with their service and will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone who would ask for a recommendation.

I can t say enough good about him. He worked to ensure that all of the paperwork was handled timely so all I had to do was show up and pick up the car!

I scheduled 8am appt for sat. Spoke to specialist at 1030 same morning. Told it would be done by end of day. Prior to close got call it wont be done til Sunday. That was the last I heard. On Sunday I started calling specialist (3 times) left message then tried main number (twice) no one returned call. By 3pm called and hit operator. Nice man from sakes picked up and said he would transfer me to service manager. Got another voicemail. Finally with 2 hours left yo close talked to manager who said sorry about lack of communication. ( more like no communication) oh and car wont be ready til Monday. I had spark plugs, wipers and tire pressure monitor worked on. To say I was unhappy. I had to make arrangements to get yo work and to jm lexus. Very upsetting and only thing they said was sorry, have a good day. Felt like just a number.

This is my second time around leasing at JM Lexus and it s worth the drive! I have 2 dealers nearby, but I rather drive an hour for the great service here. Gary Catronio is the best! First time took rhe is 250 for service they stole the sunpass no replacement 2nd time broke the windshield control by service guy (jose) 3 rd time to replace the dash they broke the driver side ac vent & left blue or green glue on windshield & did not close the airbag cover on window & my wife vehicle to replace the dash board same glue did not push the srs airbag curtain so why spend that kind $90 hour job where you get the similar bad job to local mechanic & call service manager ( cody baker ) never return call left voice messages no return the calls

Bruno, found me not one but three cars and we worked through the process and found the right car for me. I am now happily driving around in GS F Sport which I feel fortunate to own. I had been in the market for a new vehicle for about 3 or 4 months when my brother had gone and gotten himself a 2014 Lexus IS 250 fsport. Immediately upon seeing the car I was thrilled with the vehicles features, but my brother kept stressing to me how superior the service he received at JM Lexus was compared to other luxury dealerships in the area. As a young man I am used to being treated differently in dealerships as most salespeople have categorized me by my age in the past. I was referred to see Ken Diener at JM Lexus when I decided that I wanted to get a new vehicle. Ken is the salesman who assisted in my brothers purchase and I was assured that he would help me with mine. Immediately upon arriving at the dealership I was met by Ken almost as if he was expecting me to come. He even recalled the vehicle that my brother got and knew I was in the market for the same car. I was given a thorough tour of the vehicle coupled with assessing my personal needs of the car all tied together with a very keen sense of humor. Ken displayed clearly that I was going to leave with the vehicle that I wanted on that day. I have never felt that a salesman was truly concerned with my needs until I walked into the JM Lexus dealership. The superior customer service permeates through that building in every department. Whether it be the service, car wash, Lexus customer lounge, or the finance department, these guys have it figured out!!!! The 2014 IS 250 Fsport has blown most other luxury sedans out of the water in my opinion. And the service at JM Lexus is far superior to ANY that I have experienced. So much so I really do not plan on visiting another dealership. If you are looking to get yourself a new car, visit JM Lexus and ask for Ken!!
