It all started with looking for a new Lexus when my lease was up on the JM Lexus website. This is now my 3rd Lexus lease. After, I received a call from Michael Robbins which was absolutely fantastic in guiding me to what would be the best decision for me when it comes to turning in my lease. He was extremely polite and helpful. Then, he sent my information to Pedro Diaz my sales manager and I have to say it was an amazing day and experience leasing my car from him. I drove all the way from Miami to lease my car from JM Lexus because of how pleasant these two men were over the phone and how helpful they were. Pedro was honest, transparent and an absolute delight. The treatment there is nothing but first class. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be coming back for my 4th lease.
