The car was dirty and the tire light is left on so they did not reset the car very disappointed

I was skeptical in purchasing my next car at a dealership. In my past experience, dealerships were trying to manipulate me and play games with me. Long hours were spent negotiating a purchase price which was not always satisfying. If the purchase offer was not to my satisfaction, I walk away disappointed. On the other hand, my experience at JM Lexus was the complete opposite. My sales representative Joshua Kantor made my whole car experience smooth, stress free, and pretty quick. He was very polite and professional when he greeted my brother and I. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He changed my negative view of a dealership into a positive one.

I went into JM Lexus for some simple maintenance on my car and ended up driving out with a new car!
My sales Manager Eric Rodgers was a complete professional from beginning to end. Unlike other dealerships, JM Lexus gives upfront pricing with no hidden fees. This is my second car from JM.

Eric took his time to explain my options and gave me a better price then I was paying on my current car; No pressure just professional. Thanks Eric!

I needed a new battery for my car. I was in and out in half an hour. The price was reasonable, everybody was polite. The waiting room is lovely. It was an all-around great experience and now I don't have to worry about my battery dying!!

As usual Lexus JM did not disappoint me, my time was valued and I could leave and continue my duties in style, while my SUV was being worked on.
My former service consultant for years Fran no longer works at the Margate site, her expert advice was appreciated; however, I still came but I met a new service consultant Charles Durrant and his customer service reminded me of Fran, I am happy again.

The team at jm Lexus made it happen for us. They were very friendly and did all they could do to help. I really wanted the nx 300 f sport but a misunderstanding between what I wanted and what my husband said caused a confusion that left me with the nx 300 basic, or otherwise my experience would have been excellent. The JM salespeople look nice and honest and make you believe that they are "other type" of stereotyped car salesmen. They can preach for hours how marvelous, honest and ethical JMLexus is: "everything is clean and clear, no hidden fees, no tricks." However, consumers be aware. In my case, they"forgot" to write on the quote that there is a fee of $350, if on the end of the lease I switch car brand. Complains with management were fruitless.

Rigot Dilus made leasing a new Lexus a real pleasure,instead of the usual nightmare.JM Lexus goes above and beyond to please you especially in these tough times.

I had the most pleasant and peaceful experience at JM Lexus. Bruno Desilva was my sales manager. Bruno walked me through all the different ways to purchase my RX 350 no hassle at all great prices. I did not deal with anyone but him from the beginning to the end. He made sure I received the deal I wanted with no extra fees involved. My experience with Pines and North Miami Beach was not great at all their prices are much higher than JM. I would always recommend going to JM if you would like a stress free no-hassle no-pressure car buying experience.

JM is not the closest dealership to where I live but worth while the 40 minute driving. Spoke with Steven H. on the phone on a Friday, worked out all the numbers and the details and the car was ready to be picked up the next day Saturday. The lease I had at the time was ending in a couple of months and I was already over my miles, they sat down with me and took care of me where I was able to get my new GS350 in a day. A great and smooth experience, just like the time before that.

Saquib made our experience enjoyable. We appreciated his honest, no pressure style in our decision making process. He listened to what we were looking for, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions confidently. Lexus does a wonderful job with service. I like the Point of Service system being used. Patrick does a great job.

My recent experience purchasing a vehicle with the dealership was unexpected. The quality of employees I came in contact with were friendly, courteous, and most of all, helpful. My concerns were addressed without hesitation, and communication after leaving the dealership was exceptional as well. My sales associate; Peter Santovito did not treat me like a customer, but more like a friend. Because of Peters, attentiveness, vehicle assurance and true professionalism (at its best), it was an easy choice to buy the vehicle without hesitation or subsequent regret. I never expected to walk away feeling like a "winner".

This was my 4th card purchased from JM Lexus. Everyone from Mike to the manager, to Alex in finance were great. Went in there with a vehicle in mind, was great, no haggling, got good price for the car we wanted, and they were very fair when it came to the trade in value. Alex in Finance was great got me a great rate at the payment i wanted.

Great experience, Great service, our salesman was Gregory Spanos and he did a wonderful job, very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. We are very happy and satisfied with our purchase and overall experience.

My experience at JM Lexus, with Sandley, was a dream. Simple, no changes to the deal, the exact car I wanted, no hassle. I called JM from the finance manager s office at Lexus of Kendall, where they had, changed the price, changed the terms, and then actually changed the car itself. It was a nightmare of epic proportions. JM had the deal together in 15 minutes on the phone. Through finance in a couple hours while I sat in the comfort of my own home, and is delivering my dream car tomorrow. There was about $30 a month difference in the price, that I would happily pay to not have to deal with unscrupulous salesmen and the stress of walking out. I am so glad I called JM Lexus, and I will literally never buy a car from anywhere else, as long as I m in South Florida. Amazing.

By far, this was the easiest experience we've had buying a car. We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that looks and feels like a new car. The warranty is excellent, and Jeff Wright, our salesperson was absolutely delightful. We would highly recommend him if you want to have an easy, flawless, and stress-free transaction. We live across the state but would absolutely drive here again for any future car purchases.

Just recently stopped by on July 4th not expecting much and was surprised that we were allowed to walk around and check out the cars without being harassed.

Met a fantastic sales manager by the name of Bradley Patrick who not only made us feel very comfortable , but was extremely patient answered all our questions and laid out all the scenarios about leasing versus buying new or used without any pressure.

All of Our prices were given up front no games
No speaking to finance manager the whole process was handled right at his desk .

We picked out the color combination, features, did a test drive and the whole process was done in 4 hours.

We are so happy with Our new Lexus and Bradley did a great job I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

This was truly my best car buying experience and I am a JM Lexus fan for life

Always a pleasure bringing my car in for service. Have had the same service tech for 3 years now. Ken is great. Any issues I have he either tries to resolve them himself or let s the technician aware of the issue. They are always quick with my service and the waiting area is really nice. Pedro my sales guy is great. This is my second time coming to him in a year. He was efficient and responsive. I was able to trade in my 2019 for 2020 in and out in 2 hours the dealership is friendly and inviting. As long as I live in the area and stick with Lexus I will use Pedro and continue to come to JM. Had to come to the Lexus dealer on our vacation. My car had an engine light on. Made an appointment , got there a little late , no problem. I would not have believed that purchasing a vehicle could be easy. But it was at JM Lexus. I'd been watching prices on used Toyota RAV4s for about a year, and had test-driven six or seven at local Toyota dealerships. The listings for JM Lexus had a banner that said, "no dealer fees." I checked the Edmunds car buying website, and sure enough, no dealer fees. So I watched all RAV4 price changes over several weeks. When a RAV4 dropped in price at JM Lexus, I went in for a test drive. Jason worked with me, and I was stunned at how easy-going, pleasant, and genuine he was. JM Lexus is a "LexusPlus" dealer; they sell cars at one price, all upfront. And they absolutely DO NOT tack on any dealer fees. The Toyota dealership across the street slaps on $699 plus other "gotcha" fees. CarMax says they are a one price outfit, but their list prices are higher to begin with and then they tack on a $299 fee. JM Lexus offers a relaxed, no-pressure experience. Jason is a gentleman who is knowledgeable about cars and only wants to make customers happy. What a great job he did with this customer! Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and service-oriented. No pressure whatsoever. i wholeheartedly recommend JM Lexus. Ask for Jason when you go. He'll take care of you.

Very good experience at a Lexus Plus dealer -- no haggling (fixed price), no pressure, everything was scheduled and coordinated well in advance. Best prices on cars I've seen in months of comparison shopping.

Highly responsive and professional staff all around. I worked mostly with Joshua K, and some with Nathalie C. It took one call to schedule a test drive the same day. Upon arrival, everything was ready to go and well-planned. I ended up buying right after, and had all terms explained clearly. No surprise add-ons or fees, which I find respectable.

JM Lexus bought my RX 350 for a very fair price. It was a quick & simple process. I separately proceeded to order a new 2021 RX which just arrived about 3,weeks later. As much as I loveD the features and benefits of the 2016, the 2021 is even better! I love the improvements of the trackpad And additional features such As a specific place to hold my iphone, a pen holder inside the center console, and the wide, closer touchscreen to name just a few. The entire experience of leasing a new car and receiving assistance by the sales manager with pairing my phone & setting a few presets for my music all went very very well.

Robert St. Aubin was my sales associate, he was extremely helpful and very nice! I was in and out in less than two hours to trade in my lease and get a new one! Great service!

My Lexus came in for a recall. I have mixed opinions on the matter. JM said they put me on the list as soon as the part came in. I called twice and they said the part wasn t in but I was on the list. I then called a third time and they said the part was in and I could be scheduled. So that was good but what was the point of being on the list. They said it would take two day repair .it was done in a day and a half that was a good part.The loaner they gave me was a very simple process to get but if they wanna impress me with their newer Lexus is this was the worst Lexus I ve ever seen. Didn t really matter but they should be embarrassed at the loaners are so bottom basement.

Dealt with Mark Ferrari who was very helpful and helped us with our decision to purchase our RX350 from JM. Mark was very informative and Knowledgeable about the auto.
