I brought my car in for a nail in one of my tires, and also for scheduled maintenance service. Sebastian was my service representative. I was out in 1 1/2 hours, and Sebastian kept me updated about the tire. His customer service was first rate and I will schedule my next service with him.

We have been dealing with JM Lexus since 1996. Service is consistently professional and efficient at a fair price. Our service adviser Carlos has been there the whole time - extremely rare these days.

I was able to make an appointment at JM Lexus very easily online. When I arrived for my appointment I was taken right away and assigned a consultant. Casey was terrific. He told me my car would be ready in approximately an hour and a half. I only took about 45 minutes. I then had some technical questions about my car and Donny the technical maven sat with my wife and me for about 15 minutes to help explain several issues we were having understanding how things worked in the car. All in all a great experience at the dealership.

Came in to JM Lexus and met with the sales manager Reggie Leo he immeditaly had the pre owned car I came in for upfront reggie is pretty tall and he actually sat in the back and told my wife to sit up front for the full experience I knew from there we wanted to deal with him for the sale. Overall he went above and beyond and made my experience as smooth as possible ask for Reggie if your going to JM Lexus.

JM Lexus is the sole importer of Lexus into the United States, you wont find a better deal any where else. We had the pleasure of working with Gary Mueller, he was very knowledgeable about the cars we wanted to look for and was an amazing host. When the time comes to get another Lexus we I'll be going with Gary at JM Lexus.

The whole process was efficient! Sebastian was on the ball with my car. My maintenance was taken care of and he kept me informed throughout the time I spent there. My only complaint, lol, is the car wash never gets the front windshield.
Sebastian even made sure I had a full tank of gas!

As has been my experience for the past twenty years JM Lexus took care of my problem quickly and professionally. They are a great team and I have no reason to ever go anywhere else. I had damaged the side molding, totally my fault. JM had three people look at it - was fixed within 30 minutes - no charge. They are the best.

I wish I had only met Gary when I bought my last 4 vehicles as this experience was the best ever car buying journey that any person could possibly have in today s crazy world that we live in.

The dealership is beautiful and the people working there are very nice. They say it is a "transparent" sales process. We had a few hiccoughs during the signing - they couldn't really show me where the rebates were listed on the sales receipt, and the lease price quoted kept changing for the same deal. Buying a car still is and always will be the think I loathe most in life. Wish I could say it was 5 star but it was not.

My sale manager was excellent. He new the product and was very efficient in getting us comfortable with the leasing costs. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

been a customer for almost 6 years great service, never had an issue. Went to have service done message was on dashboard , sticker says service due, came out saw invoice, only a tire rotation done. I should of had oil change like every time I have been there. was told prepaid coupon was for just tire rotation, then why was next service due 5000 miles from now? why was i not asked if oil change was to be done if not covered for first time with prepid service coupons.... very unhappy

My experience with Lexus has been superior. From the start of my purchase to my first oil change. The wait time for the oil change was not bad at all. Lexus treats their customers as if they are royalty. You have food, tv and the friendly Lexus family are amazing! I purchased my last vehicle at Lexus, pre-owned and still have that vehicle. I love my new SUV. We will be back to Lexus.

I was so impressed with the service today. I called and got scheduled right away. Literally within 30 minutes I was pulling up to the service area. About an hour later I was on my way back work. Way to go.

I usually HATE going car shopping! I have to say that our Salesman, Ray Torres, made this experience very pleasant. He advised us on our options - explained everything and never pushed us. He then handed us over to his managers, Justin and Robert. Both great guys who worked with us and never pushed. We finished with Michael when signing the contract - and again, just very straight forward and did not try to sneak in extra fees. We will definitely go back to JM Lexus for our next car!

My sales person was excellent. He was responsive,accomodating, and was great to deal with.The dealership went out of their way to find me that I wanted by going to an outside lot.while the whole transaction was very lengthy, it was done with a smile.
My only complaint was not with the sales consultant. The Lexus I traded in had two services remaining on my contract, and I was told by the sales manager they could be transferred or be reimbursed for it. When I did the maintenance contract on the car I leased yesterday, the Business Manager indicated the transfer could not be done. I think I should be reimbursed for the two maintences or an adjustment on the new contract for which I paid over $800 yesterday on the new car.

I had a wonderful experience at JM Lexus. This is the 4th car I purchased there. I was so spoiled this time with my sales associate Jory Pauletti. He brought me a car to my home which I loved, especially during this pandemic. We been talking back and forth for a week or so and he sent me pictures of what I was asking for. When I decided he brought it and I signed and the deal was done. I am thrilled.

Way too many phone calls were required to get pre-certified maintenance approved. Follow up was left to me the customer. After returning home with the vehicle, auto trunk opener did not work. It was not checked as part of the service. It worked when I dropped off the vehicle. A Setting needed to be corrected in control panel.

As always I was met by my concierge advisor and was in and out within 20 minutes, which included getting a loaner car. The car was ready earlier than expected and I was called to pick up my car. Great service, no hassle.

When we got the car, he was very patient and took time explaining the functions and electronics of the car. His customer service is superb! JM Lexus is really a nice place to buy a car. The place is clean and it has huge and comfy sofa...its like you're home, they even have good coffee, cappuccino, icecream etc for the customers and for free. Really had an excellent experience.
