I scheduled 8am appt for sat. Spoke to specialist ...

I scheduled 8am appt for sat. Spoke to specialist at 1030 same morning. Told it would be done by end of day. Prior to close got call it wont be done til Sunday. That was the last I heard. On Sunday I started calling specialist (3 times) left message then tried main number (twice) no one returned call. By 3pm called and hit operator. Nice man from sakes picked up and said he would transfer me to service manager. Got another voicemail. Finally with 2 hours left yo close talked to manager who said sorry about lack of communication. ( more like no communication) oh and car wont be ready til Monday. I had spark plugs, wipers and tire pressure monitor worked on. To say I was unhappy. I had to make arrangements to get yo work and to jm lexus. Very upsetting and only thing they said was sorry, have a good day. Felt like just a number.
