JM Lexus IS always excellent! They have the best customer service and always friendly. The beautiful dealership offers luxury seating and is always comfortable waiting on the car for service. All of the service advisors are fantastic and go above and beyond for you. I had an issue with a door panel and the manager helped me get a new one with no questions asked. Always buy a certified Lexus!
