I had been in the market for a new vehicle for about 3 or 4 months when my brother had gone and gotten himself a 2014 Lexus IS 250 fsport. Immediately upon seeing the car I was thrilled with the vehicles features, but my brother kept stressing to me how superior the service he received at JM Lexus was compared to other luxury dealerships in the area. As a young man I am used to being treated differently in dealerships as most salespeople have categorized me by my age in the past. I was referred to see Ken Diener at JM Lexus when I decided that I wanted to get a new vehicle. Ken is the salesman who assisted in my brothers purchase and I was assured that he would help me with mine. Immediately upon arriving at the dealership I was met by Ken almost as if he was expecting me to come. He even recalled the vehicle that my brother got and knew I was in the market for the same car. I was given a thorough tour of the vehicle coupled with assessing my personal needs of the car all tied together with a very keen sense of humor. Ken displayed clearly that I was going to leave with the vehicle that I wanted on that day. I have never felt that a salesman was truly concerned with my needs until I walked into the JM Lexus dealership. The superior customer service permeates through that building in every department. Whether it be the service, car wash, Lexus customer lounge, or the finance department, these guys have it figured out!!!! The 2014 IS 250 Fsport has blown most other luxury sedans out of the water in my opinion. And the service at JM Lexus is far superior to ANY that I have experienced. So much so I really do not plan on visiting another dealership. If you are looking to get yourself a new car, visit JM Lexus and ask for Ken!!
