I went to JM Lexus to talk about the return of my 2014 Lexus. Carol Bruce was so helpful. I ended up leasing a 2016 Lexus the same day as they said they would take my 2014 back and put me in a 2016 for the same price that I currently have. I received the new car the same day. Great experience.
