Their rental customer service is a joke. Thanks for putting a damper on our Thanksgiving trip and not giving me all the details before I wasted my time driving up there. I've used my atm card with a Visa logo on it in the past for renting a vehicle and now all of a sudden because I'm not renting through service I can't use it and no one thought to let me know this a head of time as to not waste anyones time. Awesome. I offered to pay in cash for the deposit and hold and still no. Wont be referring anyone here again for a rental
