I was at another dealership nearby who had a promo going with BMW on the X5. I couldn't lease then, so I came back 2 weeks later, and they said that it was over and wouldn't match it. In my mind, if it could have been that price then, why not now? Fortunately, Brandon Kim felt the same way. I swear he didn't make any money off me, but he made the deal happen. As long as I am in a BMW, I'm going to him.

I just saw the all new Irvine BMW "M" commercial on YouTube. I laughed. The commercial expressed everything BMW Irvine could assist you with and how great their dealership is. A few years ago I was shopping for a vehicle at Irvine BMW. The dealership would not make a deal and were very pompous about how their vehicles and service were top notch. I ended up finding the same vehicle with more options for less money and to add the dealership treated me with the utmost respect and made a deal with me. Temecula BMW will treat you with dignity. To this very day I remember the Temecula BMW experience. They strive to gain public trust. I also remember the poor experience at Irvine BMW. Thanks to Irvine BMW I became a smarter car shopper and I can sniff out the fakeness they displayed. My advice is if you set your heart on a car make sure you walk in with a price you won't pay more for. If Irvine BMW strays from the path of good sound business, walk away!

Waited PATIENTLY 3 hours for an oil change. Finally got fed up and asked someone how much longer my car would take and it was magically ready as soon as I asked. Was thrown around by 4 different workers because everyone was running around like a chicken without a head. Waited for my car to pull up as I was told to do and they brought me the wrong car. Had to wait again for the right car and when they brought it the guy began triple checking paperwork and questioning me if it was really my car because apparently I don't fit the profile to own a 2017 x3 at such a young age. This dealership is a joke

I found a the vehicle I had been wanting on Truecar at this dealership. I live over 700 miles away. I spoke to the salesperson several times the week before I was to go to Irvine. I made arrangements to go pick it up and was willing to pay the advertised price. I was sent an email at 10:30 the night before that said it had been sold. I didn't see the message until the next afternoon when I was already on my way to pick it up. I later found out that the reason it sold the day before was because the price had been lowered by several hundred dollars! I was left with no vehicle and had to look for one all over California. I feel he didn't think I was serious about purchasing it! I was sent several messages afterwards asking if I had been taken care of. Of course not! I lost money and time going all the way to California thinking I was going to go purchase this vehicle. Don't waste your time making deals over the phone at this dealership.

Went on a couple no-pressure test drives with Long in the M-lineup and compared them to the base model versions (Go for the M, seriously) and even tried out their electric hatch. Was seriously the best day of the year so far, no weird vibes or pressure.

I m beyond please with the service Andrew Einhorn at BMW Irvine provide me. Previously, I had done business with an Individual name Cole in which he put me in position to drive my first ever BMW lease. Andrew had contacted me 3 months prior to my lease being up. I spoke to him about several challenges I was having and I needed some time to get several things in line. He never pressured me but respected my decision at the time. We both got on a game plan and kept in touch. One month prior to my return lease due date Andrew reached out to me and discussed the offers BMW was providing if I would return my lease early. I was a bit scared as I felt I needed more time. We both agreed I would show up to the dealership to discuss the car being inspected. I couldn t make it the weekend I had told him and reschedules. Andrew never gave me a negative respond after informing him I needed going to reschedule; nor did he try to pressure me. The following week which was 3 weeks prior to my lease being up; I randomly reached out to him if I can meet him to inspect my lease. I wanted BMW to inspect my lease because I was either going to keep the car or get a new car depending on what the result was going to be. That day I showed around 7:30 pm (about an 1.5 hours close to them closing) and met with Andrew. He saw my lease and he felt and gave me his word everything was going to be okay. I decided to go to his office and we discussed all options. He offered me another lease and provided me a payment for a new 2018 330I. However, he knew I m a Real Estate Broker and I drive alot. He understood where I was coming from and what I needed. At this time were about 45 mins before they were about to close. After a quick conversation he asked me what was my monthly budget. He ran my credit in which I was totally fine. He offered me a purchase for about $55 more monthly over a lease. The car was beyond amazing. This car had more options and was more beneficial for me. Andrew seems to be very smart when it comes to numbers and he plugs everything you need into his master mind and comes out with something awesome. I was the last client in the building and he not once said or acted like he needed to leave. I felt like he took care of me. I really liked him a lot from communicating with him four months prior over the phone to the day I met him in person. He seems like a family man and he loves taking care of current BMW clients. I felt like he and BMW really cared for me. As for my old lease he really took care of me that I had to pay almost nothing. I don t want to say it because I don t want to brag. I got a new car (330I) great payment and I m beyond please. I did pray before going to the dealership and I asked for GOD s blessings. Shelly Fisher was an awesome individual as well that he help me with the proper coverage. Andrew s assistant was an awesome man as well. I just felt like BMW wanted me to be part of the BMW for life. I truly recommend BMW Irvine to everyone. I thank GOD for this blessing as 6 years ago I was driving my old college car (1994 Toyota Corolla). Just imaging a realtor at the time hustling to improve in life. Six years later I m on my second BMW. To me Andrew kept his word, put my first before himself, and he never pressured me. I had my ducks in line that he basically showed me and told me I can get any car I felt like. I just want to say Thank You BMW and Andrew Einhorn and his team!

Had a great experience with BMW as part of my car s maintenance service. I didn t know they pick you and drive you off so I don t have to get a ride from friends. Mr. Farzin dropped me off home and picked me up when my car was done with service. He was very prompt, courteous and a safe driver. I also appreciated the video update sent via email for my car status as well as Richard s follow ups to let me know the status of my car during the time it was at the dealer. I appreciate the service at BMW Irvine.

I called 4 times and was rudely put on hold with no eventual answer each time. How frustrating!

I worked with Chris Davis who was fantastic. Full transparency, courteous and never tried to hard sell us. He picked up my email at 7:30 in the morning on a weekend when he wasn t scheduled to come in. Awesome guy and would come back again and work with him. Thanks Chris!

Horrible experience from purchase to service! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I have never been to a dealership that cares less than Irvine. That includes other manufacturers. I had a problem with my car before I took delivery and it was fixed, but it reappeared 8 months later. Turns out they don't want to fix it now and called it "acceptable". It wasn't acceptable to me before I bought the car, and it's not acceptable to me now. Why could they fix it before, but not now? Do yourself a favor and go to Crevier, where they care about customer satisfaction; I will never go back to Irvine.

I don t normally write reviews, but I just recently bought a CPO from Irvine BMW and I must rate the experience excellent. The staff was very thorough and helpful, Vas was especially instrumental to make the deal happen. I ve been in the market to buy a CPO for a few months and been dealing with multiple BMW dealerships, but Vas thoroughness and helpfulness was what did it for me. Glad doing business at Irvine BMW. Will definetly come back again.

I just bought a 2018 BMW M2 from BMW Irvine dealership with the help of Brandon Kim. I was very impressed with Brandon's responsiveness during the entire purchase process. The M2 is a limited production car and has to be ordered to get the exact color and options that I wanted. Brandon took care of everything until the car is ready to be picked up. All I had to do was show up, signed the paperwork, and drove the car home in less than an hour. I was surprised buying a car would be this quick, simple, and enjoyable. So I gave a 5 stars for this review. If you are Looking to buy a BMW I highly recommend that you reach out to Brandon for assistance.

Absolutely horrible so overpriced, just try s to squeeze every penny they can get from you. Brought my 2015 BMW M4 for service on engine check and oil change which estimated around $1,000 USD somehow, and now after they ve inspected the vehicle all my rims and tires which I just put on brand new sport cup 4s tires and they tell me it s gonna be $8,075.00 USD because I need to replace all my rims . Please never come here for service. Go to bullet performance in Costa Mesa believe me or not just don t go waste you re money there.

Before coming to Irvine BMW, buying or leasing a car would be a stressful all-day experience that I d have to gear up for. This isn t the case with Chris Lorentzen. He makes it such an easy, fast, and enjoyable process! A lot of our communication was done over email because I wanted a very specific vehicle. Apparently, there were only a few available in the entire US, but Chris was able to locate one and have it sent to the dealership. Also, more importantly, he was able to get the best package that financially worked for me. Chris is a true professional who is honest and extremely knowledgeable. Go visit him if you want to buy or lease a car from someone you can trust!

Jennifer H. is the best. She has been always my service advisor for many years since I bought my BMWs in Irvine. Explained and advise what should and shouldn't with the car when running into issues. On time delivery, always feel good to work with her every minute walk in and out.

Terrible customer service! It's as if it was a burden to them to service my vehicle! No smiles, no greetings...but there's free water, and hot beverages! I guess that's supposed to make up for the lack of personality, and friendliness...I will never return.

Gary, has been my service advisor for 3 of my Bmw vehicles. He always explains what type of work will be performed on my car (now I own an X1). I especially like the fact, that I always have the same service advisor which makes me feel relaxed. When my car is ready Gary explains again what was done. There happened to be a recall which was explained and they fixed. I appreciate, Gary s professional, friendly and courteous manner. Gary, thank you again!!

I expressed interest in a vehicle I saw online at Irvine BMW. Immediately I received an email and a video of the car that I liked from Moe. He invited me in to test drive the vehicle. After test driving it I wasn t quite ready to commit to purchase it. I wanted to do a little research and Moe did not pressure me to get it right then. He checked in with me periodically over the next week to see if I was still interested. After discussing some purchasing options I was ready to get the car. Upon arriving I was greeted by Moe and we went over things we had discussed on the phone. He was very accommodating and went the extra mile every step of the way. It was a seamless transaction and I d highly recommend Moe for your future car purchase!

Terrible service. We were waiting for 20 minutes for a person come to us and 20 minutes this person to find the keys and he didn't find it.

He was very honest and upfront with me and didn t try to do any of the sales tricks that many of salesmen usually do. I highly recommend seeking out Brandon Kim if you plan on getting a bimmer.

Bought 2 used cars. One full electric and the other a plug-in hybrid. Had to keep coming back for items that are supposed to be in the car already at the time of purchase. Still dont have spare key of one of the cars. One of the cars i bought didn t have a full tank of gas. The other one wasn t fully charged. Would be nice if they would educate customers about electric cars at the time of purchase.

If you are looking for a new or used car ask for Ketan Petal at Irvine BMW. Ketan is knowledgeable and very helpful. I haven't purchased a car yet but have test driven a few. No pressure to make an immediate purchase and he took his time showing us SUV's and cars. Ketan is friendly, polite and easy to talk to.
