I have never dealt with such HORRIBLE customer service. I also never write bad reviews, that's how upset I am! I bought a car from BMW Irvine 3 years ago, but that's not where my problem was. I just had a baby, so I had to sell my car to purchase a larger vehicle. I sold my car private party. Long story short the buyer of the car and I met at a bank to pay off a car and I waited for the pink slip. I never received it so I had to go on a will goose chase to find out who had it because the bank I financed form didn't have it (which was a goof on their part as well). I contacted BMW financial from the beginning to see if they had it and they repeatedly told me they didn't and even sent me a notarized letter stating they didn't and to contact the dealer. Come to find after 3 trips to the DMV that Irvine BMW never sent the title to the the bank I got a loan from. No big deal, mistakes happen. However, it took 2 months for BMW to realize what their mistake was and this caused me to be in breach of contract with the buyer. He wanted either 1000 refund for his inconvenience (he had a car for 2 months he couldn't drive) or for us to buy the car back. We had to pay the 1000 dollars because I wasn't about to take a higher rate loan out on a car I just paid off. I contacted Irvine BMW and spoke with their finance manager Jamiel who admitted they made a mistake and said he would ask his general manager what they could do about it. Well I never heard back from him. I called a dozen times and left at least 6 messages over a week only to be completely ignored! The receptionist then told me to speak to their business operations manager MARIA because she would be in charge of dealing with these situations.
MARIA has to be the most unprofessional, condescending person I've ever dealt with. She literally said it was a clerical error and that she was sorry but that I had to understand and that they shouldn't have to pay because it was an accident. Ya well it was YOUR accident! She spoke over me every time I spoke. She on multiple times said she was a consumer as well and things happen and and there's nothing we can do about them in life. Well last time I checked when an accident happens , you should be responsible for your mistake.
I've never dealt with such crap from a large company before! You can't do basic paperwork, then you don't try to solve the problem. Your managers either ignore your customers, or tell you to deal with the mistake they made!!
Irvine BMW your awful managers need to be better trained in basics and need a lesson in customer service!!
If this doesn't get resolved I'll see you in small claims court!!

I recently went to Irvine BMW to get a replacement battery for my remotes. The valet made the beginning of my experience special by allowing me to park in a very convenient place. My experience just got better when I walked into the service area I was welcomed and asked how I could be helped. Not only did the lady tell me which deparment I needed to go to but walked me there.
I also LOVE the display of BMW accessories!! I bought a really cool red cover for my remote! I was very pleased with the service that I received at Irvine BMW and it will continue to be my location of choice.

I have had 7 BMWs since 1999 and this is by far the worst dealer I have ever had to work with. Terrible service. Very rude, dismissive attitude. Longest wait times for any part of service experience than any BMW dealer. Will never use again.

Jason Demond treated me as if I was his only customer from the moment I met him. I walked told him i wanted a 230i but that it must have a manual transmission. I must admit i was expecting him to fight me on it because that has been my experience with car sales people. They will try to sell you what they have not what I want. Not Jason. His immediate answer was we will order it for you. Jason made the process very easy and in about 12 weeks my 230i arrived from Germany custom built for me. From there it was just as easy as it could be. I showed up and I was in and out of finance within 30 minutes and driving 30 minutes after that. This car is awesome. Amazing options, personalized experience, an objective to get you exactly what you want. Not just what happens to be in stock or easy to get, if it's possible offered they will find a way to get it to you in the combination of other specs you want instead of talking you in to just settling for something that's on the spot to get a sale and talk up the positive idea of each different specification compared to what specifications you came in wanting, knowing most people are excited about their new aquisition and are easily talked into getting a different package, a feature they really didn't care for, not getting a system they wanted, an alternative color, or some times pushed as far as going with a totally different model, knowing they will most likely regret these decisions completely. So go to a place that cares about you and what you want, not just what's currently in stock to be forced on you using mental gymnastics that wears off by the time you get home and you don't remember how you ended up buying what you did....

All my visits to the service department and been very satisfactory. My most recent trip was complex as the service representative as well as the service manager had to work with a third party repair shop and my insurance company. They were courteous and professional and logistically worked with all parties involved to a complete resolution and repair. I was also given one of their courtesy cars to drive while my car was being repaired and everything was warranted at no cost.

I called in to see if they had a 428i available I talked to Brandon Kim and he was very helpful in finding the exact color I wanted. This review is Strictly for the Parts Department at Irvine BMW as I have a 2004 (e46) BMW 330i ZHP that I service & maintain myself.
Greatest Dealership & Parts Department experience I have ever had! Alex is the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. BMW Irvine stocks many parts for the e46 so they are readily available. Call ahead and they will pull the part and have it at the counter waiting for you.
BMW Irvine's price is competitive with all the online retailers for OE parts once shipping is factored in, sometimes better. Another plus to buying from their parts department is warranty items / issues can be taken care of locally, and not through a call hotline. (Not that I have yet to have an issue) Hours are great and they are open late during the week, and even open Saturdays.
I have been in several times for many items; pulleys, gaskets, belts, water pump, oil, all your common e46 problems and have always left a happy customer, which is an extremely rare occasion (when it comes to dealerships) for someone who maintains their own vehicles as a hobby.
Strongly recommend their parts department to any owner!

Since my last time at a car dealership, I had tefused to go back to a dealer again...it was horrible, I felt I was being attacked by hawks. It was so uncomfortable and overwhelming that made it so hard to make my own desicion.
Here, at the BMW Irvine, Mr. Miller was just the perfect person to deal with. Exactly what I was looking for in a car sales person. He gave me my space, my time, he let me be and answer all the questions I had. Always professional since the first day we met. The first time I went to this dealership, I was just going to test drive and shop around, nothing serious yet and not once, he made me feel pressured, or uncomfortable or in a rush to buy a car so I went home and had time to analyze and think things over. Danny knew I wasn't ready then, but he still took his time to answer all my calls, texts and all the questions I had, even as silly as they were, without a problem. Few weeks later, I decided to go test drive the X2 one more time. I had fallen in love with this car...and finally, I made up my mind! I did not have to stay 9 hours negotiating. I just told him what I wanted, what I was looking for and what was the budget I could afford. Mr. Millet made it all happened for me and Ithe day, I drove away with my brand new X2. Not too happy as I kept waiting to drive for the driving event. Need more people to handle the crowd. The staff for the driving event were very nice but felt like I kept getting ignored. Crevier BMW had a better event then this dealership. Not worth the drive here.

In light of the fact that I already own five cars buying this SL was more of a want then a need. My sales person was Moe who was terrific for me to deal with. He was patient, not too pushy which definitely would ve turned me off because of my situation and allowed me time to process the information he provided me. He definitely read me, the customer, very well. Although the process took a couple two weeks to complete I m very happy with the product and the service. I can highly recommend him as a sales person.

Long Service wait times.
Called to schedule an oil change and requested a loaner. The lady on the phone tried at all costs to talk me out of the loaner claiming it would take one hour for an oils change. When I arrived they offered a shuttle or uber because it would take at least 90 minutes. Julie was super helpful and cordial. It took 3 hours total from drop off to drive off. Bottom line is they do not have sufficient number of loaners to accommodate the volume of service appointments.
Never had this issue at Other BMW service depts.
Went in on a Saturday with my best friend and her daughter just to see if anything caught my attention. I was assisted by Vas who was extremely helpful and accommodating but most importantly pleasant. He met all my needs and I didn't feel pushed or rushed into just anything that I showed some interest in. I highly recommend working with him if you're shopping for your next BMW. Keep up the good work, also thank you to Frank the GM for putting me in such great hands.

Salesman is either a liar or stupid. Check their NPV calculations people. They try to rip you off on the financing. If you can't do it, ask someone to check their bond math. Don't just take their word on the payment. It didn't match the principal.
My sunroof shade got stuck open. I brought it into Irvine BMW to have it serviced. I was given a nice 430 Grand Coupe while the repairs were being completed. It was a complex repair, but Richard kept me updated throughout and although my shade was out of warranty, Irvine BMW went to bat for me and convinced BMW to cover the repair. Very satisfied with the professionalism and service.
I'm updating my review to include my most recent experience. I just picked up my 2019 540i from Irvine BMW and it was an easy and low pressure experience working with Brandon Kim. I selected my car and completed the credit application online so when I arrived at the dealership everything was ready to go. A quick test drive and a little paperwork with Lawrence (who was great to work with) and I was driving away in my new car in less than 2 hours, and that was during a busy Memorial Day weekend. This is my third 5'er from Irvine BMW. There's a reason I keep coming back. Thanks, Brandon!

I would like to rate this dealership higher but 5 stars will have to do. We bought our first BMW through Vas with the greatest customer service we ve had ever.
Vas, who we just met that day, spent several hours with us test driving, answering questions and getting us the best deal possible.
The customer service doesn t end after you buy the car, it seems to always be there, which is the reason we are very happy with our purchase.
