I went to BMW the dealership last month with the family, bought a very lightly used (demo car) SUV for our family. I was greeted at the door by Ramiro. He was very patient with us, considerate, friendly and not pushy.
We bought the car the same day and the manager (Fred) and the finance team (Tami) both stayed late to help us close the transaction. The whole experience was very smooth and pleasant. We walked away and truly felt they tried at their best to help us get the best deal BMW could offer.
This is our second BMW, and we are very happy with it so far.
I recommend Ramiro to anyone who want to get a good deal and pleasant car buying experience but does not want to sweat and fear you might not negotiate hard enough ;).
