I came here twice and received just terrible treat...

I came here twice and received just terrible treatment both times (and it was far worse the second time).

For my first visit, I came for a scheduled maintenance under warranty. The level of service here was shockingly cold and poor, and I constantly felt out of place. My service advisor, Jenevieve Saldivar, kept close to no contact with me throughout the maintenance process. On top of that, Irvine BMW reached out to me about my experience and I truthfully told them how poor it was. I thought an improvement would be made, so when I noticed my car was making strange noises after service, I brought it back a week later.

My second visit was just SO much worse. Absolutely no help anywhere from Jenevieve, she refused to correctly schedule my service appointment after confirming the wrong time for me (she even said she fixed it when she clearly didn't), and she just gave the most absent and unapologetically poor service I've had at any dealership. On top of that, my BMW was never fixed (Jenevieve gave me a terrible reason, leading me to just feel resigned) and it didn't even get the complimentary carwash the second time.

So basically, Irvine BMW doesn't take consumer feedback seriously and they are not a trustworthy dealership. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never come back.
