Went to see my service advisor Ruben Garcia as the emissions light on my 2017 X5 came on. As always, he was extremely professional, personable, and efficient. They had to keep my car a few days and provided me with a beautiful loaner car. Ruben kept me informed all along the way honestly letting me know what was going on even when the news wasn t initially positive, which I appreciated. On his day off he made sure his foreman followed up with me, which he did - Gary called me to ask my permission to drive it 25ish miles to make sure they had fixed the issue and that the light wouldn t come back on, which of course I agreed. Gary told me that Ruben would be following up with me the next day and, as promised, Ruben called - my car was ready and washed!
