I had some hail damage to my truck, as soon as I filed the claim I got a response. Kalie called me right away and gave the body shop time to get the estimate while she followed up with me daily for updates and any questions. Best experience I ever had with an insurance company.

unfortunately a driver represented by this insurance company did not stop at a stop sign and hit me in the middle of my car.
the representative was very rude and only tries to delay the process of my claim, claiming that I had a percentage of fault for not avoiding the accident.
based on my experience I can say that it is a dishonest agency which makes you live a nightmare when it comes to a claim, I hope no one has to deal with Integrity insurance.

I totaled two vehicles within the course of a year, first with black ice and then a deer accident the next Fall. In each case Integrity Insurance made the claims process very smooth. The representatives I worked with were timely in their responses, professional, and genuinely cared. It was my first time going through the claims process, they helped me learn a lot without making me feel stupid about it. I appreciated their patience when answering my questions. Lost our home to a fire over a year ago- we've heard some horror stories about dealing with insurance companies- I have to say it was painless from the start- our "go to" person was Brenda Roh and she was very professional but very empathic to our situation. We are an older couple starting over after 52 years and she couldn't have been sweeter- she explained everything to us each step of the way, even making helpful suggestions when we didn't know what to do. We are very grateful to have had such fair treatment and are very satisfied with the outcome. We highly recommend Integrity Insurance and have told many people our story. Thank you, Brenda!

Be warned: these people will cheat you out of money. I was hit head on by one of thier clients in my lane. They claimed that 80% at fault because I didn't honk horn. Really they should and "lack of" to their name, just so they don't falsly advertise.

The adjuster did an exceptional job and was very detailed in the estimate. I am pleased the service I received with my roof damage. I would give 5 stars but had to call a few times to get contact with my agent, presumably because she was inundated with derecho claims. She was however kind, courteous and very helpful!

Hey Harrison Zeman,

So, I keep calling you to get this whole thing resolved and I am getting really tired of this. I have not heard from your manager and the number you gave me was incorrect so I am not able to contact him either. It has been almost 2 months since my accident, and I need a vehicle. My mom keeps trying to contact you as well and has not heard from you once. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have paid my premiums, I have letters stating that my car was covered, now that something has happened your company doesn't want to pay for it and that's wrong.

She was able to answer all of my questions, set up an appointment with a body shop, and clearly explained all of my options regarding the claim. She was not only a very knowledgable professional, she was very personable as well. She made this part of the whole hit-and-run experience very easy and stress free!

I ve had a business insurance policy with Integrit...

I ve had a business insurance policy with Integrity insurance for over five years. I own a construction company. On Christmas night I had two trucks, a trailer and a bunch of tools stolen from my shop. All the tools are missing, we got everything back except a truck that was stripped down to nothing. The properties claim lady worked extremely fast, Was very sympathetic and even apologized she couldn t get the check out before New Year s Day and had to send it the day after. Sure enough, I had the check to fully cover my tools within two days after New Year. And believe me, it was no small check, cleaned out everything. I was really impressed with how fast my claims rep worked and got me the check. Now I m working with the claims department on my truck. This seems to take a little longer as police reports and towing companies work a little slower but so far it s been moving along pretty good. I don t know what the total adjustment is going to be and if I m going to be as happy with the auto portion as I have been with their property portion but if the auto portion works out like the property portion then this is definitely going to stay a five star review. Integrity has two different claimed departments to handle the two different things.

Wife had a non-fault accident in June. After filing claim, we hardly ever heard from them other than our continuous calls. Left multiple unreturned voicemails, and then STILL had to pay our deductible to get car fixed, instead of them just fixing our car and going after the other parties insurance! It's almost October and we still can't get a call back, nor have we received our deductible reimbursement from Integrity yet.

This company has to be the most inept company ever...

This company has to be the most inept company ever. No one seems to know what s going on here.

Somehow our insurance agency switched us to these guys when we were looking for a new company. Boy has that been the worst mistake ever.

Since switching to these guys a few months ago we have already had our insurance cut off reinstated and now again being cut off and now have a lapse in coverage due to their incompetence.

We switched from MN drivers to WI drivers and were notified vat we had 30 days to switch states licenses so we did right away and faxed over all the requirements. 2 weeks later when the bill was due I called to make a payment and was told the policy had been canceled due to non license state switch with them. We fought for days back and forth with them only to find out that all the paperwork we sent went to a lady who was on vacation for a week.

We ended up having to do the policy reinstatement several times because they kept saying no one ever filled it out by either of us. Ended up having to pay a late fee and reinstatement fee and will also have a lapse in coverage when we have to renew our policy come April.

After everything was figured out we now just received a letter stating our policy will not renew due to the drivers licenses not being sent to them. OMG! Seriously didn t we just go through this and figure it ALL out to restart in the first place?

That s ok come April we will be taking our business elsewhere. This company is not worth anyone s time.

We had insurance through them for three years. This year, they sent us our policy for the business saying it was all good until next year but we never received a bill. Now they won't let us renew because it "lapsed" & had a claim 2 years ago. They didn't even send us a bill, just the paperwork showing what all was covered. Needless to say, we're now with someone else. No $$ for you "Integrity"!

I can t believe I am writing a rave review for an insurance company, but I am! The reason? My experience with Integrity Insurance was nothing short of superb. The agent who helped me, Jessica, could not have been more professional. She was prompt in answering my questions, and she processed my claim in a timely manner. As a bonus, she was fun and kind and, frankly, now that my issue has been resolved, I will miss our chats! I felt she was on my side, and we were working toward the same goal. I am entirely satisfied with the outcome and can truly say, Integrity Insurance is top-shelf!

Rob V. was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is truly client-centered in his approach, can empathize with you, and understands that each situation is unique. He took the time to explain things to me in a way that helped me (and my concussed brain) to understand, and I never felt rushed or like a bother. He explained what he would be doing every step of the way, what others would be doing to assist me, was prompt, and was professional. I have State Farm insurance, so I have never dealt with Integrity from that percpective, but I was hit by someone that did use them. Watch out!!
1 month later integrity is still unwilling to pay claim for my damaged vehicle even though I sent police report showing their driver was at fault and ticketed. You can keep taking her premium to pay insurance but won't take care of their responsibilities claiming that the policy owner isn't cooperating. Really?!? Cancel her policy, raise her policy, do what you need to do to help her cooperate, but dont take it out on the driver who wasn't at fault and who you should be covering.

I contacted the claim department right after the incident and had the car in the shop within an hour. Kalie contacted me with a claim number later the same day. Kalie accepted the claim amount after contacting the shop. I had the check for the amount- less the deductible, 2 days later. The shop had my car repaired a week after it happened, during the Christmas holiday! I appreciated how fast everything was handled.

One of their clients was in an accident with my daughter where Integrity's client was at fault. Bergstrom quoted body damage only and sent the quote to Integrity. My daughter noticed mechanical was not included in quote and there was significant steering and suspension damage. She called Integrity several times to get a requote. They would not return her calls. A check came in mail from Integrity for the body damage only. I became involved but the agent stuck to his guns saying that the steering and suspension damage was not caused by the accident in spite of the mountains of evidence I gave him. The vehicle was so damaged, driving it ruined brand new tires just a couple weeks. A very visible lean to the tire where the vehicle was struck. The tires were installed and aligned just prior to the accident. The vehicle soon became undrivable. Integrity ripped off my daughter who is a poor single mother. Integrity Insurance is a misnomer.

Website says "24 hours" yet the voice mail starts with "We are currently closed."

We decided to drop Integrity Insurance due to the under valued claim and extremely poor and rude customer service. This is in addition to unsatisfactory communications

To start with, they recorded our address incorrectly, so we were not receiving any USP mail. Upon discovering this, we called to update our address.

We had a claim in June 2017 that was not properly processed. We disputed the claim several times, with concrete facts-- the actual model of our vehicle, in contrast to the claim's model value. When we finally settled, we waited for our check--so we could buy a replacement vehicle. The check never came. We called to inquire. The check was sent to our OLD address, which was still incorrect. So it was out there somewhere. They canceled that check and issued a replacement check which they assured us would be mailed immediate... which... yes... never came. At this point, we canceled our coverage with them.
After canceling, an automatic withdrawal was still taken from our account. We called to report the AW. We gave them our current address which had STILL not been previously recorded, as when we called to check on our claim check, they said a check had already been mailed to our previous address. Later, we called to report NEITHER checks had been received. We asked what address they had on file-- the old address-incorrect, still. We provided our current address for the third time. They assured us a check would be mailed. This time, overnight express. NOPE. Seriously! We have called to check on this issue, we have lost count.

We finally got the claim check and were able to get a replacement vehicle. We are STILL waiting for our canceled coverage refund. UGG

I have both a Home and Auto Policy with Integrity. I had water damage to my home on 2/20/17. I have been without a kitchen for over a month waiting for approval for the amount of the rebuild. It has been a miserable experience at best. My adjuster (claim rep) takes more than 48 hours to respond to simple questions. At this point, I would not recommend Integrity to anyone.

Worst insurance ever!!!! Lost one of my payment had to jump threw hoops for them to find it. Then after they canceled my insurance claimed i owed them even more money. Even though the payment i made would have had to be partially refunded. (Essentially had to get new coverage so they where back charging the time it took for them to let me know it was canceled) Told them fine but i broke my window on my car in that time. Told them a date and they moved the canceled insurance to the day before that date. Which was 2 weeks prior to the original date they said they where back charging me for but still would owe them money. Then increased my home owners insurance a 1000.00 usd. Which they claimed was because of the lost multi policy discount. Only thing was all the car insurance issues happened 1 month after they increased my home owner increase. Watch them closely! They will bait and switch without you even noticing. They need to be thoroughly investigated by the insurance bureau!

From the minute our accident occurred we felt like Integrity was with us during the whole process. They took care of everything, from notifying our Leander to setting up the rental car and keeping track of our damaged vehicle until we could retrieve our belongings and made sure we stayed updated and were always there to answer our questions. I was in an accident, but was not at fault. The other person's insurance was awful to work with. My insurance was amazing and handled everything for me. They were patient, knowledgeable, and extremely fast. This alone will keep me as a customer. I highly recommend integrity insurance.

The absolute worst. Still waiting to hear back (6.6 weeks) after a client of theirs hit me when I had the right of way. They claim only 80% responsibility even though she was cited for not using her blinker. Absolutely terrible experience. Still waiting for Mary to call me with my lowball. I just want this nightmare to end. Please, whatever you do, do not go with this insurance. Trust me when I say you will regret it when you have an accident.

After a Hurricane Force Derecho leveled our business in August of 2020 I had to make my first claim with Integrity Insurance. As a new customer that had only been with them for less than three months, to say I was nervous as to how the entire process was going to go was an extreme understatement. After we filed our claim we were assigned to an Adjuster by the name of Samuel Ellenburg. Sam was one of the kindest, thoroughest, hard working individuals Ive ever dealt with from a business standpoint in my 17 year career of being self employed. First and foremost Sam expressed his sympathy in our loss and was very eager to let us know that EVERYTHING was going to be okay. After that Sam went to work for us, spent countless hours evaluating our damaged property both physically and clerically to help us out in every way possible in an attempt to make us whole again. Sam thoroughly explained everything from the claims process, to the evaluations, to the payouts, everything! I can honestly say I don't know where my personal family would be nor my business without the help of Samuel Ellenburg and the wonderful people of Integrity Insurance Company. Highly recommend!

We've owned our home for almost 4 years now and in those years we have filed 3 claims with Integrity Insurance. One for a fire that was our neighbors that melted our fencing and siding. And two for our basement flooding. None of those were our fault in any way. Today, we received a letter from them saying they're cancelling us for filing 3 claims. THAT IS WHAT WE HAVE HOME INSURANCE FOR. save yourself the headache and stress and do not go with this company. Nothing but a pain anyways trying to get them to cover stuff for us. We pay all this money and they're not willing to help us when we need it. Ridiculous.

I had hail damage to the roof of my house. My local agent Frank Weinstein Insurance from Cedar Rapids, provided me with my policy number and the right number to call Integrity. I was apprehensive because my dealings with other insurance companies has been tedious and painful with dozens of questions and lots of insurance jargon which creates an atmosphere of cross examination.

My customer service agent (Stephanie) was friendly, courteous and focused on the things she could do to make my life easy. I know this is a bit cliche but talking to her was like chatting with a friend.

After less than 20 minutes, she has made arrangements for an appraiser to come check things out and get me on my way.

While the claim is not settled, I do feel like Integrity is going to come through.

I am writing this to show people my experience in ...

I am writing this to show people my experience in dealing with "integrity" insurance to date Had a house fire Christmas night this lost everything in the house. The fire happened Dec. 25th it is currently April 8th. Not a single thing has been done to my property 2/3rds of my house is laying on the ground and pushed into part of the basement. And 1/3 is still standing. The existing structure was to be braced capped off and heated "promptly" to protect the 1000 sq ft basement that was left. None of that happened due to poor communication. It is now April the basement and wood structure on it has been exposed to an entire wisconsin winter. "Integrity" asked my builder to do an exactimate bid the house after the third party adjuster dragged his feet for 3 months and didn't do his job "promptly." The exactimate which the insurance company requested came back higher than what they planned for but is still within what my house is insured for. Example being my house was estimated at 560,000 with a 25% buffer to pay for unexpected costs. Which insures the house up to 700,000, the exactimate bid that "integrity" requested of my builder came back at 620,000 my house was a beautiful 3600 sq ft ranch with a walkout basement.when shown the number generated by the computer program "integrity" wanted to use they told me there was no chance that my house worth that much and the won't pay it. The demo is going to cost roughly 20,000 so figuring on a 620,000 dollar settlement that leaves 600,000 which puts the price per sq. Ft at roughly 167 dollars per sq ft the numbers to build near green bay and appleton wisconsin right now go anywhere from 150 per square up to 220 per square. I was told by "integrity" I should be able to build between 90 and 140per sq. On a new home. With that being said now my basement and wood structure thas been exposed to frost and thawing and countless snow and rain storms they would like to try and salvage the remaining exposed structure which will delay my wife and I countless more months of getting back to a normal lifestyle . I don't beleive "integrty" cares about how much they can effect their customers lives by not being "promp"t but hell what does your personal life matter to them as long as you keep making that monthly payment "promptly" is all they are concerned with I'll keep y'all posted with ""promp"t updates. I genuinely beleive the claims guy handling my case is a good hearted person and took care of our personal property very efficiently which I'm thankful for this review is directed more towards the junk 3rd party contractor they bring in i can't wait to hear what there unbyest 3rd party engineer has to say about the smoked out damp cracked structure that is left.

We just left Integrity after several years of business. We really weren't thrilled with our overall service and how our claims were handled.
We had an incident where my husband was hit by a professional driver. We made the claim and they sided with the driver that hit us even though we provided pictures of the incident and the driver admitted fault the day of the accident. We were lucky that this wasn't a serious incident.

Customer service needs serious improvements. I was promised calls back when we first made the claim and never received them. When I recently called to cancel, the representatives were rude in how they handled my call.
In the past I would call for premium totals broken down per month for a business deduction and representatives were unwilling or unable to help me each time.
As a WI based business we'd love to support a local company, but our experiences drove us away from Integrity.

Your client did the damage. Now you are refusing to pay the whole bill because it wasn't "legitimate" enough? What does that even mean? Damage wasn't there before, damage is there now... pretty cut and dry. I can see why you have so many sub-par ratings.

Integrity... Interesting name. Here is our story: We were victimized by an employee of a company (RC Automotive and Towing) that Integrity insures . While en-route with our truck on RC's flatbed, the driver crashed the flatbed, then backed into our vehicle which we were following him in causing $2400 in damage. Fortunately our truck wasn't damaged. The person operating the tow truck, had a warrant out for his arrest. Furthermore, according to the police report, the tow truck driver was also cited for non-registration of a vehicle which leads me to believe that the tow truck wasn t even registered with the DMV. How can Integrity even be insuring a company like RC Automotive and Towing? The Integrity claims rep told me in our telephone conversation that because we were a car length behind the tow truck and didn t sound our horn soon enough that we are now 10 percent at fault. The absurdity of this is absolutely stunning. I accept ZERO responsibility for this incident. Integrity wants to total out our vehicle then screw us with a low ball offer. I find it ironic that the company name is Integrity especially since the client you insured has none and based on your offer, apparently your company has none either. Let me be perfectly clear. I was victimized by your client and I will not now be victimized a second time by Integrity.

It took a while to get the liability coverage figured out. But once the Liability was determined Integrity worked quick to help me get back in my vehicle after I was involved in accident with one of their insured customers. I worked with Kalie, she was extremely helpful in all my questions. She was a pleasure to work with! She was up front ans quick with what she needed from me, informative and helpful!

My review is on my Homeowners insurance, I was so impressed on how smoothly this went for me. My two representatives took care of me as soon as my paperwork was in, my Diamond with prongs is being replaced due to a faulty prong setting. I will be able to wear my wedding ring again. I was so mortified when I lost it, and so grateful I had it insured!! Thanks Again Integrity for the Wonderful Service

I had this insurance company for a while. When I went to cancel my insurance they still took money out of my account and that's fine because it got canceled so late. But then I was told it would take a week to get my money back. That's fine well it was a week later and still nothing. Then I was told they will be sending me a check. So that's fine I'll wait tell this all started on the 6th of December it is now Dec 21 and I still don't have my money. I called and someone told me it was sent out on Friday the 15th and I still didn't get anything. So I called them one more time and now I am being told it got sent out Monday Dec 17.. It always took me a while to to even talk to someone. And it seems like they don't know all the information when they tell the clients.

Worst insurance company I've ever worked with. If I could give negative stars I would. Worse than poor communication. Unprofessional staff. Adjusters. And supervisors. This attitude is Carried all the way up to their corporate reps. So not hard to understand how everyone else gets away with what they do. They make guarantees then lie about it. They take months to get claims resolved. I could write a book about the horrible experience from just one claim. Changing companies as we speak. If you want your possessions taken care of and to be treated like a person do NOT insure with them.

Jacked my insurance premium up almost 300 dollars ...

Jacked my insurance premium up almost 300 dollars for a window tint violation. Integrity wanted over $1000 every 6 months for insurance on 3 vehicles, aged 2008 or later, all with liability or comp, not even full coverage! Called around and asked for quotes, was quoted over 4 hundred dollars less for a 6 month premium by a different agency. This specific quote was also for a higher level of coverage for my multiple vehicles. Not to mention, my driving record and credit come back good, no issues. This other agency not finding that window tint violation listed as a moving violation. Very disappointing after 2 years of service with Integrity. Time to move on!

Haven't had to turn in a claim so I don't know how their claim service is. However, we switched our auto and homeowners from State Farm to Integrity and saved about $250 a year for the first year. Have had substantial rate hikes year after year since. Time to shop for a different company, maybe back to State Farm

Integrity Insurance is Great!! I had some storm damage to a duplex of mine and Brenda from Integrity Insurance was my claim specialist! I put in my claim online and i was contacted right away the next day! They sent out an adjuster right away to take a look at all of the damage. Then Brenda got in touch with me as soon as she received the adjusters paper work and she took care of everything for me. I was very impressed by how everything was handled and how quickly it was taken care. Brenda would get back to any of my calls or emails right away!! It was a pleasure working with her!!

. I Had a accident in dec of 2018, I had progressive, the gal whom hit me had integrity, David Quigley with integrity took over my case about half way through and was very easy to work with. Was on point with communication which is big and made the process easy to deal with as I transitioned through everything. Very impressed with his professionalism. Great job integrity.

Their Customer hit my parked car in a parking lot - we weren't even in the vehicle - I have an older car - so they have to total the car due to the large amount of repairs that are needed - but they will not cover the cost of a replacement of a like vehicle and the buy back option is not enough to cover the cost to repair the damage - VERY dis-satisfied -
