I have State Farm insurance, so I have never dealt with Integrity from that percpective, but I was hit by someone that did use them. Watch out!!
1 month later integrity is still unwilling to pay claim for my damaged vehicle even though I sent police report showing their driver was at fault and ticketed. You can keep taking her premium to pay insurance but won't take care of their responsibilities claiming that the policy owner isn't cooperating. Really?!? Cancel her policy, raise her policy, do what you need to do to help her cooperate, but dont take it out on the driver who wasn't at fault and who you should be covering.
