The low balled my on my the estimate for my vehicl...

The low balled my on my the estimate for my vehicle and told me i could take it or leave it. Then After 3 weeks they finally get my vehicle picked up. Its now been 2 months or more ( i lost track now) and i havent received any bit of a reimbursement for my vehicle and i cant get anyone to answer and they have the title of the vehicle! Be warned!
