Integrity was amazing at handling the claim. They were very empathetic to me and understood my emotional state after a terrible accident involving my whole family. The claim filing was very easy and the Auto claim Representative Kalie was excellent with explaining the process and proactively communicating with me. The towing expense was paid within 4 days to me. I was paid well enough to replace the vehicle comfortably and that too within 3 weeks of the accident. Overall, I had a very positive experience with integrity. I would highly recommend it to friends and family around here in Wisconsin.
