We just left Integrity after several years of business. We really weren't thrilled with our overall service and how our claims were handled.
We had an incident where my husband was hit by a professional driver. We made the claim and they sided with the driver that hit us even though we provided pictures of the incident and the driver admitted fault the day of the accident. We were lucky that this wasn't a serious incident.
Customer service needs serious improvements. I was promised calls back when we first made the claim and never received them. When I recently called to cancel, the representatives were rude in how they handled my call.
In the past I would call for premium totals broken down per month for a business deduction and representatives were unwilling or unable to help me each time.
As a WI based business we'd love to support a local company, but our experiences drove us away from Integrity.
