Lost our home to a fire over a year ago- we've heard some horror stories about dealing with insurance companies- I have to say it was painless from the start- our "go to" person was Brenda Roh and she was very professional but very empathic to our situation. We are an older couple starting over after 52 years and she couldn't have been sweeter- she explained everything to us each step of the way, even making helpful suggestions when we didn't know what to do.
