Website says "24 hours" yet the voice mail starts with "We are currently closed."

We decided to drop Integrity Insurance due to the under valued claim and extremely poor and rude customer service. This is in addition to unsatisfactory communications

To start with, they recorded our address incorrectly, so we were not receiving any USP mail. Upon discovering this, we called to update our address.

We had a claim in June 2017 that was not properly processed. We disputed the claim several times, with concrete facts-- the actual model of our vehicle, in contrast to the claim's model value. When we finally settled, we waited for our check--so we could buy a replacement vehicle. The check never came. We called to inquire. The check was sent to our OLD address, which was still incorrect. So it was out there somewhere. They canceled that check and issued a replacement check which they assured us would be mailed immediate... which... yes... never came. At this point, we canceled our coverage with them.
After canceling, an automatic withdrawal was still taken from our account. We called to report the AW. We gave them our current address which had STILL not been previously recorded, as when we called to check on our claim check, they said a check had already been mailed to our previous address. Later, we called to report NEITHER checks had been received. We asked what address they had on file-- the old address-incorrect, still. We provided our current address for the third time. They assured us a check would be mailed. This time, overnight express. NOPE. Seriously! We have called to check on this issue, we have lost count.

We finally got the claim check and were able to get a replacement vehicle. We are STILL waiting for our canceled coverage refund. UGG
