Rob V. was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is truly client-centered in his approach, can empathize with you, and understands that each situation is unique. He took the time to explain things to me in a way that helped me (and my concussed brain) to understand, and I never felt rushed or like a bother. He explained what he would be doing every step of the way, what others would be doing to assist me, was prompt, and was professional. I appreciate the time he took out of his day to reach out simply to ask how I was doing. I could not have asked for a better experience with Integrity Insurance.
