Hotel itself is very nice! Comfortable rooms and great service! However, beware the bell man service!!!! They "lost/misplaced" my daughter's luggage, and it was left in Chicago. Then, they tried to blame it on me, and told me I had to pay for it to be shipped to my house. That will be the LAST time I ever use a bell man service at any hotel. Lesson learned.

Rooms were beautiful. Stayed overnight for a business conference. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was really good. Let's talk parking... $30 a night for guests and $42 for valet parking. The only downside was the noise from the airport. Definitely recommend this place for business or pleasure!

This is your typical upscale airport hotel. Everything is as expected, other than the $30 charge to park. I stayed the night prior to a convention. The rooms were nice and had a walk out balcony and 65 inch LCD. Couldn't ask for much more.

Rooms are excellent size and have comfortable amenities. Great views of the airport and planes landing are an added bonus. There are not many locations to eat that are within walking distance of the hotel but there are many other locations within driving distance of 15 minutes. An overall great experience at this hotel.

Pricey with an awful skybridge to the convention center. There's nothing around to eat or see either Staff were great though so they get three stars. House cleaning was really nice and friendly!

Huge hotel with clean and well appointed rooms. Great location for the convention center with excellent hotel bar and two restaurants morning buffet is excellent.well worth the price and will return here again.

We had a conference here so we did not get to experience the hotel rooms but we did get to use this venue for a huge conference. They provided ample rooms for seminars, great ballroom for hosting our main sessions, and plenty of space for the conference attendees to mingle along with all the hotel guests. They do provide valet parking (for a fee), otherwise you can park in the garage and pay for parking. Would highly recommend this place for conference use and I'm assuming the stay is quite nice as well. Stop on By!

We were there for a business day meeting. We ended up getting rooms the day prior. Most of the hotel was nice however the room was rough in regard to finding an outlet for a phone charger. Both by the bed were dead spots and did not charge. The plug by the desk worked but had to dive through multiple wires to get to plug (fire hazard waiting to happen). Towels had stains on them. They can't control the noise of the planes flying over hotel but that was very rough to sleep through. Parking was suppose to be validated in the morning when we left. It was not. The two ladies told us sorry they do not validate. Those two ladies working the desk this morning should be working at motel somewhere else because they sucked. Hyatt is better than that. The only shinning light about any staff was the nice people working the cafe store inside Hyatt. Besides the cafe people, I did not meet one Hyatt person who was nice, out going, cared, or acted like we we're a priority for Hyatt. If were made to stay there next year I will ask to stay at Lowe's, DoubleTree, or a neighboring hotel. Hyatt should treat their guess better.

The hotel itself is in very good condition and I have never seen any major issues with it, housekeeping staff is very respectful and polite.
The bar and restaurant on the second floor are nice places to sit down and relax but can be a little pricey.
Lobby is well kept and decorated rather well.
Can be expensive to stay during events but not unreasonably so.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel was out of normal doubme rooms and upgraded us to an executive room at no extra cost. The service has been fantastic, the staff is great. I'll be coming back every year.

After a lovely spring Chicago O'Hare Day of flight delays, cancellation and chasing down luggage that ultimately never arrived I was greeted by the most friendly staff. This was an unplanned stay, but as I had an online meeting to conduct I needed to stay in Chicago. I was given a nice quiet room in the Executive wing. On my way rushing up to get set up, I ordered a meal to go from the nicest bartender. She arranged it to be wrapped on a plate so I would have a nice meal. When I arrived in my room I found it pleasant smelling, music playing, and a pleasant personalized greeting on my TV. I immediately started to relax. After realizing I would never be getting my luggage tonight, I sulked to the front desk and ask if they had any supplies for a stranded guest. With delight the woman at the front desk said she would send up a "female distressed passenger kit." Ok, not sure about the name because I immediately felt pathetic, but a real nice thing that they had it. In the room there are just a few touched that really show their attention to detail, like a disinfecting wipe on the remote. I would never hesitate to stay here and the price was affordable too! Not the cheapest, but the service was a great value for the price I did pay. Thank you Hyatt Regency O'Hare for making me comfortable.

There was a mix up with our taxi driver on which Hyatt we were going to. We were stranded with dead phones and no cash (thanks apple pay) the manager on duty helped get us to the right hotel and took amazing care of our large group! If you ever need a hotel in the ohare area, the service is second to none!

The room is great, and the service has been wonderful. Lots of hotel amenities to enjoy. I am attending a work conference, and there seems to be no end to the number of meeting spaces available. My cellphone reception in the International area is non-existent though, but there is WiFi. All around a great experience so far.

The rooms are very comfortable and we always enjoy how close the hotel is to our favorite concert venue. The staff is friendly and the hotel is nice and quiet. Always stay here when we come toChicago.
