I really liked this hotel, the inside is very unique. The beds and rooms are very nice. We stayed here for three days and the rooms were cleaned and put together very well each day. The restaurant in the open area is good and has a buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I can t say enough great things about this hotel. The staff is what makes it. They are incredible and very understanding.

I had an issue with my room (it was not the room s issue but mine), and Greg was overly accommodating to grab a new one. Also the food suggestions, ideas, by the staff have been amazing. This is the most COVID-19 adapted hotel I ve seen!

Cant give enough praise to Greg and the Perks team. This is the kind of property that will take off when we return to normal. Hope to be back soon!

I stayed in a single in one of the towers. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom area was a bit small. I had a small hiccup getting in, I had difficulty getting someone to help me unload my car because I had already parked in the garage. I had to go to a manager for assistance. The manager personally assisted me and was very pleasant. Overall, the hotel was accomodating, clean, and professional.

Really liked hotel. Parking is expensive, but that's a given near ohare. Didn't like that we booked a room with 4 people, another with three, and we were pout in single king rooms, and told there was nothing they could do about it.

The hotel was great and the rooms were nice but out here you still have to pay for parking even if your a guest not so great... Also not so great that they don't tell you parking prices till you check out

Generic large hotel. Big atrium, traditional in Hyatts. Poor choice of restaurants. Middle of nowhere 2 miles from O'Hare, but a short walk from the Blue Line. Spacious bedrooms but smallish bathrooms. Overpriced but they have a captive clientele with the airport nearby.

15 minute shuttle ride to/from ORD and it is conveniently located. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes from 4 am. Front desk staff are there to help assist their guest in finding quiet rooms and answering questions. Room size were adequate and had its ambience with decorations. Club room could use extra attention to their food/snack items. Breakfast at the restaurant was in ruin and they did not offer buffet like they advertised and the attitude of the restaurant workers were below standard. It appears that they were there for themselves not for guests. They could use more service training and reality check.

Our annual Territory Meeting brought me to the HRO'H. Lunch at the hotel restaurant was not impressive. Lobster Bisque was very salty just as the pork sandwich I ordered. One of our party ordered the club with only turkey an bacon, it arrived without bacon and all of the vegetables she asked not to be put on the sandwich. The room in the executive wing had the smallest bathroom of any hotel i had stayed in. In addition to the small bathroom the water noises from sinks, flushing toilets, and ice machines in the rooms around mine were loud enough to make falling asleep difficult. I will not address the meals provided for breakfast lunch and dinner because they were unremarkable. I am unable to comment on service from staff because I did not have interaction with hotel staff. I will not stay at HRO'H voluntarily again.

First of all I was angry that they charged $34 for parking and the lot was empty and they conveniently neglected to mention it until you show up. This place is huge and I bet there wasn't a dozen people staying there. You check in at the snack bar (a little strange). They have no breakfast options at all.

This hotel is very old and although it looked very clean it also looks super outdated and falling apart. The room was very small and to warm for us. Bathroom countertop was so small there was no room to put my toiletry bag down. Pillows were flat. I'm not bashing them. Just really didn't enjoy our stay at all. We will never stay here again.

I stayed overnight here. The facilities were very clean and updated. I arrived late and was concerned about getting a good night sleep. I loved how the curtains pretty much blocked most light out. I woke up well rested and ready to take on the rest of my day. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful too.

Great location and huge hotel but mostly for conference and airport trips. We were there with our little guy and rarely any entertainment amenities. I wish they had like a children play area or may be a swimming pool. Rooms were small.

This is a wonderful hotel. I have been staying here since 1991 when my husband and I had the Presidential Suite on our wedding night. It has good places to eat and the rooms are excellent.

Attended a Crohn's and Colitis Foundation symposium here. The facilities were nice. They provided coffee, tea and juice. Even paid our parking. Only complaint was they took breakfast away too soon before it started. Because of the parking lot being full, we missed out on food.

Not too bad...carpet smells old in our room (928) & it's a little on the dusty side. Good thing I come prepared with cleaning supplies. The shower is small. The room size works for 2. No spectacular view from this room. But there is a huge window. There's a nice sized table for eating or working. The wall mounted tv is huge. They have shuttles to the train station, airport etc. The price is also reasonable. I'd stay here again.

Good

Spent two nights here for a training even for work. There are two restaurants in the hotel and one grab and go store that offered hot and cold food which can be delivered to your room for a fee. The hotel has a 1970's feel with the architecture and design feel in the hallways. Bed was comfortable, tv was huge, and room was clean! I would give it five stars but the location leaves something to be desired.

Superb hotel, close to the airport and train stop, complimentary shuttle every 15 minutes. Checkin process can be lengthy but staff goes out of their way for guests. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff was friendly and prompt and food was great. All around terrific stay, and constantly promotes a positive experience each time.
