After a lovely spring Chicago O'Hare Day of flight...

After a lovely spring Chicago O'Hare Day of flight delays, cancellation and chasing down luggage that ultimately never arrived I was greeted by the most friendly staff. This was an unplanned stay, but as I had an online meeting to conduct I needed to stay in Chicago. I was given a nice quiet room in the Executive wing. On my way rushing up to get set up, I ordered a meal to go from the nicest bartender. She arranged it to be wrapped on a plate so I would have a nice meal. When I arrived in my room I found it pleasant smelling, music playing, and a pleasant personalized greeting on my TV. I immediately started to relax. After realizing I would never be getting my luggage tonight, I sulked to the front desk and ask if they had any supplies for a stranded guest. With delight the woman at the front desk said she would send up a "female distressed passenger kit." Ok, not sure about the name because I immediately felt pathetic, but a real nice thing that they had it. In the room there are just a few touched that really show their attention to detail, like a disinfecting wipe on the remote. I would never hesitate to stay here and the price was affordable too! Not the cheapest, but the service was a great value for the price I did pay. Thank you Hyatt Regency O'Hare for making me comfortable.
