I went to park for Airport. Big nice place from inside, covered parking, in-out may be allowed, shuttle service every 15 minutes, can print airline boarding pass within from Hotel. Staff professional.
The hotel was nice and clean. Stayed here for a meeting and was near the airport. Great for business meetings.
Had a wonderful time here with friends for a local event.
Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, working TV and Air Conditioning. Nothing bad to say about it!
They have massive like 60" TVs, very nice and spacious facilities and rooms, and a decent view. The exterior is a little shady looking, and the pricing is somewhat pricey, but overall, it's a pretty great hotel.
We had the pleasure of staying here after our flight was missed. The airport put us up. It is a beautiful place
Stayed in the executive wing, so it was nice having a continental breakfast/horderves. The room itself was fine, comfy bed and good water pressure. The only issue was some very loud neighbors (the conjoining door/think walls let in a lot of sound) and the loudness of the airplanes. They do have a white nose machine that helped but still had very chopped sleep.
As always, this place keeps on being great for all kinds of large events, staff is pretty cool and rooms are nice!
We had a convention held here and everything was fantastic! There was a fantastically gorgeous view of the city lights too!
Do not stay here if you plan on attending a winter event at the Donald Stephens Convention Center.
The main reason we picked this hotel is the advertised skywalk between the hotel and convention center. We figured since we were attending a winter event it would come in handy. We saw other hotels also had a skywalk to the center, but we picked this hotel. When we checked in at the hotel, the front desk staff pointed us to where we would need to go to access the skywalk. We got ready, walked to the skywalk and were told that they decided not to open this section of skywalk. We were then told we would have to walk outside in frigid temperatures and around the building to the front of the convention center to get in. We complained to the hotel, and they said it was the decision of the center not to open that particular skywalk to their hotel. If that is the case, it sounds like they need to work on their partnership with the convention center! Don t count on using the skywalk if you plan on staying here! It s a long walk on a cold night, especially if you are dressed in concert attire.
Suites were nice, but security was being annoying during my stay and checking everyone at entrances
Great hotel... Very nice restaurant... Very attentive. Great steak, cooked to perfection.
Room was spotless. A bit noisy with all the places, but it is an airport hotel so nothing unexpected.
Cool architecture, but it's a bit dated and the view from my room was a parking structure.
Elegant and ideal for those who want to stay close to the airport and visit the Rosemont entertainment center
My stay at the Hyatt was decent, I've had better but u have also had worse. My two nights were above average.
Nice room, reasonable rate. The staff was very friendly. The food was really expensive in the hotel but there are many places nearby to eat at.
While I didn't stay overnight in a room, attending the Hyatt for the purposes of a social convention was a pleasant experience. Quite a large venue, and a proper amount of air conditioning.
This is one of the best airport hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are well layed out and comfortable. And the grand design is an architectural masterpiece.
Typical convention center hotel with elements to make it feel higher-end but underneath it's somewhat worn-out. The standard rooms clearly are not as well kept as the large plush room seen online The buildings architecture is enjoyable, and it seemed there were plenty of restaurants if you're willing to pay. Never saw the complimentary breakfast or airport shuttle that some websites listed. If had to do again, I would pick the nearby Hyatt Place as a more comfortable and clean hotel with free breakfast and airport shuttle.
Nice but small room. The hotel always has something going on where there is a lot of people but my room was off to the side of the main corridor so I never heard any noise. They do charge for parking which is $30 a day but they did a deal where I get breakfast and parking for $17 a day. It worked out pretty good cause I ate breakfast everyday. They have a really nice breakfast buffet that has made to order omelets and eggs. They have a lot of fresh fruit. Pretty good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful!! The rooms have a 65 inch TV.
Love this place, but every time I ve been there, the Red Bar (lobby) service is horrible. Have sent in comments to management a few times but never hear back. Rooms are great. Atrium style main area/hallways and elevators are really cool. One of the most interesting hotels I have been at.
A couple years back I booked a room for May in March or so, plans were tentative and the person on the phone said I could cancel if needed. In April I found I did have to cancel. I called and cancelled the reservation, which was very easy over the phone.
I only use that credit card for hotels, and in July I got mail that I had an overdue bill! It was a $400-something charge from this hotel!! Big surprise.
I called again and they told me "you still get charged even if you cancel". Of course I argued that they said I could cancel on the phone. Then they took a few days to "go over the recordings" to see if the person on the phone actually said that. They called back and said the date was so far back that they didn't have those recordings anymore and they wouldn't do anything for me.
Heck, of the guy on the phone when I cancelled had told me I still get charged at least there would be transparency.
Or perhaps they could have offered me a stay at a later time when I called in upset about the surprise charge? I did pay for a room I never even used after all.
Nope, they were content to say "nothing we can do, goodbye" which to me shows they don't give a single care about the people they're in business to serve.
Simple choice is to never frequent this Hyatt again. They don't even have a fridge or microwave anyway.
0 stars if I could rate that low.
The room was very nice, but I was not happy that it didn't have a pool or free breakfast.
The place is nice. The burger at the bar was kinda lame. But the place is really nice.
Beautiful hotel but great place for O'hare airport parking. Use Spot Hero app for indoor parking for $12/day. Only issue is the shuttle leaves every 15 minutes so give yourself some time.
The property was modern, beautiful and well maintained. Room 278 was nice and good use of space was made considering the small standard room on the main floor. I tint staircase that les up to my room was nice, gave the impression of a boutique hotel. I would recommend the location of this particular room to anyone who has carryon luggage. I d you have a checked bag I d suggest a room elsewhere that s accessible via elevator. The lobby bar had efficient expedient service and was a great choice for a late dinner. Bartenders were courteous and attentive. The free airport shuttle arrives early and departed on time. I d definitely stay here again.
Lots of flexible event space, even with multiple events happening at the same time. Could use more dining options, especially since restaurants aren't close.
Fantastic hotel. The rooms were very nice ..HUGE TV which was a treat. The bar staff and food were fantastic.
I liked its architecture and they have very good service.
I was there for a business meeting with hotel staff... Not much to report
Beautiful architecture, wonderful atmosphere, not a great location for food or many nearby options for dining
The staff at the hotel was wonderfully accommodating dealing with my disabilities! I've never had a better hotel experience with my disabilities!!
More signage at the event would have been helpful, hotel was clean and in good condition
Very nice hotel. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were top notch. Largest TV I've ever seen in room.
Came down here for the furry convention and holy hell is this hotel perfect for it!
Rooms are small - prepared to have as many people crammed into a small space as you can if you are here for a convention or a function.
Rooms are odd shaped - those in the tower are pie shaped.
Food is limited - there is a full service restaurant downstairs but it can be pricey. Other options are too far to walk, prepare to order in.
No onsite laundry - there is no onsite laundry and you cannot wash your own items. We asked several times for laundry detergent to only be denied and ignored.
Cabs are expensive - unscrupulous cabs will get off a few exits early to avoid paying toll, but make you spend at least $10-25 more in fare.
Beds - there are no fitted sheets, only flat sheets. Your bottom sheet is a flat sheet tucked under, and will come loose at the first toss or turn in bed.
Pluses - there is a Fedex Office - so if your luggage is heavy you can ship it to yourself.
They have their own convenience store with coffee and other small items, quite handy.
Pizza and chinese were available for delivery, but after 9pm there is nothing available.
Small room. Small standing shower only ( no bath).
Nice big TV.
TV counter had some sticky spots - unsure what it was. Except for the small bathroom it is livable. Hotel interior at lobby is nice.
A very nice hotel, currently attending for a convention and quite like the setup.
The OH restaurant was very good for lunch. Rooms were clean and well furnished, though I had to call for certain amenities that should have been there to begin with. Only gripe is that it's near the airport, which means noise and nothing good/fun close by (except for the outlet mall)
Great Hotel fun rooms with spiral staircases on the suites. Close to lots of fun stuff
Shuttle to and from the airport is awesome. Front desk staff very kind. King room was nice. Only negative is the bathroom is a Cracker Jack box. (Very very small).
Shower space no tub extremely small. Anyone over 6ft tall won t fit and over 170lbs.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable. The parking structure is a bonus during the winter time.
This is an old hotel that still needs some updating. However they saved my ass, when I got stuck in Chicago so I'm greatful. What I will say suprised me is the size of the place. This is clearly built for functions. There is a reason my company hosts a massive tech event here every year. I look forward to coming back.
I had a great stay at the hotel. Booked it through priceline. Got free overnight parking without any request. The staff was courteous to each customer at the reception even though the there was a huge line. The hotel was clean. I always prefer to stay at Hyatt where ever I go and have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay near the airport.
The Hyatt is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The rooms are nice and are a decent price for the weekend and I appreciate the coniece store in the lobby at the Rosemont location.
Not far from Ohare airport. Close to sources of entertainment (bowling, dining, movies, Comedy Club, etc.). Close to off street parking. Really nice rooms. Fascinating interior. Would recommend.
Awesome hotel, spectacular lobby with large glass elevator. We stayed on top floor, elevator to 10th then extra 15 steps up in the corner to 11th circular floor. Unique setup was nice and isolated with lots of window space.
Very nice stay at the hotel. Didn't get a chance to take in everything but what I did see thoroughly impressed me. Would definitely consider coming back. In the future.
Very nice and clean. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. No complaints.
Stayed for a conference, location is great near many activities and food, including those in the hotel. Workout facility with nice equipment. Found the bed comfortable. Large tv in the room. Had a fridge. The shower was a bit on the small side with lower pressure than I am used to but was kept neat and clean by the staff.
The gym is large and has various equipment. It is also easy to access. The parking is very expensive while low-cost parking is available near by (park and ride). Shuttle to airport is very useful, but the pick-up location at the airport is not easy to find. It would be good if the hotel has shuttle to Fashion Outlet, train station, and near-by mall. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Complimentary internet connection is not reliable. Parking is a bit far, but the bridge is very helpful. The bridge to the convention center is amazing but there is a problem with the air conditioning in the bridge. Otherwise, overall score is excellent.
This hotel is fantastic and usually gets 4 stars from me, but I was there briefly for Anime Midwest. And the way their staff treated hotel guests was intolerable and unacceptable. I would have expected more from the Hyatt staff to squash that kind of behavior.
The hotel is very good. Price (before tax) 99usd ... I have to thank Khun Jae .. for booking.
Recently had complications placing a room reservation for an upcoming event so I went in person to address the issue. The staff was polite and did all they could to assist me
Our flight got delayed and we got stuck here. Staff couldn't have been nicer!
It was a beautiful experience. Great architecture. Staff was amazing
Nice looking hotel. Friendly front desk attendants. Great party on new years!!
