Was here about 1.5 years ago but I m just getting around to write a review now. Had to stay here for the night as my flight got pushed off until next morning. My stay was complimentary as this was the airline s fault. A bus took everyone to the hotel. Bus was relatively easy to find. Hotel lobby was superb. Felt like I m entering a huge mansion! My room was great. It was kept clean prior to entering. Will visit Chicago again in the near future!

Loved everything about this hotel and loved this year how they left lemonade, tea, and popcorn for free for all the people there for the event all weekend while they also wore shirts for the event

Shuttle service from O'Hare airport at 7:30 pm was horrific. Waited over an hour with multiple calls for service by myself and others among the fifteen people waiting and finally took the $12 taxi ride to the hotel.

This is a nice hotel. I went here while I was in Chicago and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into the hotel and checked in at the front desk, where I got my room key. I went up to the room and was greeted by two comfy beds, and a nice, clean bathroom. I dropped off my suitcases in the room and went to downtown Chicago. After that, I came back to my hotel and fell asleep. I spent multiple nights here, so I did this each day. When my stay ended, I checked out and left the hotel, satisfied with my experience. I gave this hotel five stars because it has nice rooms and is conveniently located right by a metro station which takes you to downtown Chicago and O Hare Airport.

Was here for a quiz bowl tournament. Really nice setting. Large, spacious environment. The main atrium/lobby is impressive, leading me to think about how they manage to water all the plants along the rims of each floor. Although I didn't stay at this hotel, I did get to see some of the suite rooms and the main conference (or what they call "international") rooms. They were all very clean and very nice. One of the suite rooms had a view where you could just make out the Chicago skyline. Overall, a very nice visit.

Everything is very nice, except the architecture is not for everyone. Particularly, those who are afraid of heights would not like the higher levels, as the elevators are in a column in the middle of the the 10+ story high ceiling lobby and require you to walk across walkways which can trigger fear of heights. Other than that, great hotel.

The Hyatt was terrific. I was stuck overnight in O'Hare due to my airline, and in their kindness, accidentally gave me an expired voucher for another hotel. So, the Hyatt shuttle was outside, I took it, and found a wonderfully comfortable room, reasonably priced, terrific amenities and the best hotel food I have ever had. The staff there was also very accomodating. I would suggest this place to anyone enthusiastically. Thank you, Hyatt!

Very beautiful hotel that's excellent for conferences. Unfortunately, that also comes with things like high prices and no breakfast, and it's in the middle of nowhere, but a very pleasant hotel overall.

This was a fantastic hotel! We had a company holiday party there, and everything was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly. And the restaurant in the hotel room was delicious! The also we're open late and had pick up available. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay

Been here a few times for work functions. Great service from the staff, lots of external noise being so close to the airport. That's not within their control to an extent, but was bad enough to interrupt my sleep multiple times. My room was outward-facing in one of the towers.

Very spacious hotel but ? Due to covid service staffs were unavailable.
The remaining staffs are very helpful and willing to compensate for the scarcity of the manpower.
Hotel is otherwise clean.
Room is not spacious

Hotel is nice looking in the lobby and outside. The rooms are decent, but not to the standard I'm use to with Hyatt.. The website says the rooms are sound proof, but they definitely are not. You can hear the guest in the lobby bar at night very loud and clearly

Stayed here overnight due to a missed connection. Having traveled 22 hours, I was exhausted and all I wanted was to sleep. The hotel check in was kind and accommodating, answering all questions with sincere care and concern. The staff at the express cafe on the lower level were so kind! I went at 10 pm and 4:30 am on 6/1 and 6/2 and I was treated very well by staff. The morning shuttle @ 4:45 am that I took was driven by JOSEPH V and he was the kindest and most helpful driver ever. He was calm and courteous, communicative with each flight area announcement, very professional, and drove well.

I slept well in the hotel room. The sound machine was a nice touch. The tv was about my height and the amenities were of too quality brand. Bed was very comfortable and I had no trouble falling asleep.

Thanks for this pleasant stay. I d recommend again to those staying near the airport.

It was good. Lots and lots of conf rooms, very busy! The bar didnt open until 4pm, so if you're tagging along with someone attending conf, go up the block to the park entertainment area, lots of good places there and activities. Most places open at 11am. Bubs, Murray brothers, irish tavern, german place(cant remember name). Good luck

Could have been 5 stars but had to pay for parking. I understand that it is Chicago but plenty of places validate around here. Otherwise the room was nice and amenities are more than adequate.

Stayed in the Executive wing. The bathrooms were small were outdated. Bedrooom was a good size and comfy beds. Only complaints: walls were paper thin and I could hear my neighbors speaking on their cellphones throughout the stay.

Fabulous! Massive! Friendly staff! Convenient location. NOTE: Parking is super expensive - $29 after 30 minutes!!! And $32 per night - you might want to request /negotiate in-and-out privileges for the parking otherwise you will pay more in parking than room rate!!

What i have learned is that when not in a peak season, you might be able to snag a very good deal on hotel rate, but once there, everything else comes at a ***premium price**!! (of course, this is a 4/4.5 star luxury hotel!).

VERY DIFFERENT from any Hyatt we've ever stayed! Our room was located in a very awkward spot. I'm glad I wasn't alone. There was a convention going on at the time which was CHALLENGING so we stayed away for MOST of the time.
