After a rough start in NY, we had an unexpected problem in Chicago. The airline put us up here where we were treated excellent.

Very upscale hotel. Wonderful rooms and no hassles checking in or out.
Getting from Parking lot to be picked up is very long.
When we arrived back from vacation: Waited at least 45 min. Two phone calls. Then they have to pick up shopping center people as well. We will never use Hyatt for park n Fly option again. I saw Wally world van 3 times over Hyatt. They only had one bus running. I will pay the little extra next time. Negative 5 star rating. There was NO parking lot attendants. Took at least 2 hours to get out of Chicago because of Hyatt. JUST BAD
I really like this hotel! It is located about 2-3 minutes from the Fashion Outlets. The staff are super nice and friendly. The hotel is big and very up to date. The rooms are clean and spacious! The rooms come equipped with a safe, mini fridge, desk, lounge chair, comfortable bed with many power outlets to charge your electronics, and a huge tv! The restrooms are nice and the shower gets super hot which is nice! I will definitely stay here again.
Was in town for a wedding. They don't mention it but if you ask you can get validated parking if you were a guest. Overall it was great. Giant TVs is the room also
Why is everything so expensive? Why do i have to sell my soul just to afforda muffin in this place? Also, I'm paying so much, why is there no pool?
For the price I'll stay at the motel 6 down the road for 2 night's. rooms are very small, no tube in the bathroom, pillows were lumpy or to soft meaning they replaced some of them but not all of them. Room had dust behind everything thing and actually my allergies. I could go on but my suggestion is to stay at a cheaper hotel you get about the same or even more
The public spaces of the Hyatt Regency O'Hare have been gorgeously remodeled, but the executive suites need some updating. Also we had to call 3 times in the space of 45 minutes to get safety pins and towels sent up to the room. Really shouldn't have taken that long.
A/C was abysmal in 2 different rooms, but the staff were over the top, Chic-fil-a kind of customer service pros. Quick, polite, and proactive. Hotel is very clean, although very dated throughout the common areas. Decent stay if you do business in the Rosemont area.
Awesome place, I've been here for a wedding: luxury at it's best! I wish you all the best M d lina & John Bura
Very close to the airport, employees were kind and the rooms were nice. Bottom floor had a Starbucks which was a bonus. Only stayed overnight for a flight delay so I didn't experience too much and don't have much else to say
The Regency Club is well worth the price. Make sure to get the free breakfast, snacks, and evening appetizers available there.
Had a great room location. Convenient to the activities in the ballroom.
Stayed overnight at that Hyatt due to the supernatural convention being held there. Everything was a wonderful experience. Parking was easy and convenient, same for check in. Room was beautiful and very clean. Would definitely recommend for anyone!
Good service, close to the airport and cta, friendly staff.
Great hotel conveniently located to O'Hare and the surrounding area. Excellent service by the hotel team. Sleeping room was comfortable and clean. Great hotel to stay in. Great for meetings too.
The TV didn't let you switch inputs, and t-there was no turn down service, but the room was kept very clean, the staff was very helpful, and if you dont mind seasoning your own eggs, the breakfast was nice
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel but would have liked it more with an expanded fitness area and/or pool hot tub area
Was attending MFF. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Everything seemed tidy and they kept water coolers filled for guests. Only complaint was how packed the parking lot was.
Friendly staff, easy to navigate, overall a great experience! Keep it up!
I was there as part of a park, sleep, fly package. It was very easy and a very nice hotel. The bathroom was exceedingly small though.
Fantastic staff. Best customer care I have ever experienced.
Comfortable rooms and beautiful lobby. Classy and clean atmosphere made me feel refreshed, relaxed, and ready
Stay at this hotel for easy access to the convention center. Best hotel in Rosemont.
Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly, and the location is very convenient to the convention center. On-site restaurants are awful and/or overpriced; if you're staying here make plans to go somewhere else to eat.
Rooms are clean, location is convenient and transportation is easily accessible.
Least is to atleast have a complimentary water bottle in the rooms.
The Hyatt has amazingly nice staff, and they handle the hustle and bustle of conventions with ease. Their rooms are clean and fresh.
Stayed for the comic con convention which was right across the street, the after party provided was sick! Could have been better if the line for booze didn't take a half hour. Disappointed that there was no pool otherwise I would have given it 5 stars for the buffet
Very nice hotel and the staff was helpful and kind!
I attended a one-day event here, and it was great. The sound systems and video were all in good working order, and the conference rooms were perfectly sized. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Very clean washrooms. All in all, a very nice venue.
An okay Hyatt hotel. There was a number of cons but they had their own pros. First con was that the room was a little smallet than other Hyatt's. There wasn't a pool, and the flush handle for the toilet was a pull down lever in public bathrooms. However, the lobby was nice and the room and a classy look. They also added a microwave which was nice.
Beautiful hotel that's been here for years, frequently refreshed. Always current, excellent staff.
This hotel is extremely comfortable and well appointed. The beds were just the right firmness to ensure it was a wrench for me to get up in the morning...
The room was nice and quiet, although there was a bit of disturbance from the very loud and late party that was taking place downstairs.
The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous and professional, even with more complex requests. I never felt put put and was always reassured that I was in good hands.
Architecturally I don't particularly like all the concrete in the design, but as a place to stay it was hard to fault.
Very good airport hotel. Clean rooms, cozy bed, quiet environment.
Outstanding hotel! It is a wonderful place to host any event. They have decent banquet facilities and my sister had her wedding here, which went very well, needless to say! The honeymoon suite? PHENOMENAL! The regular hotel rooms are, admittedly nothing special, particularly compared to hotel rooms at other Hyatt Regency hotels, but the Hyatt Regency line adheres to such lofty standards, that's not saying much... rooms were all right by me! (Plus, this hotel being conveniently located near ORD is probably designed more for shorter stays than extended vacations.) They even have a cute brunch joint in the lobby area.
The hotel is very elaborate and tastefully arranged. The room I was placed in was very clean and comfortable, and the thermostat was responsive to every degree of change we wanted. Would recommend to any of my friends
One of the best convention hotels in the area, hands down.
I only used parking facility but still the staff and shuttle facilities were awsome
The hotel is so beautiful inside .. I wish they ll give me some discount coupon for one night stay .. lol ..
Location is very close to airport. Free airport shuttle comes to Door 1 approx every 15 min which was very convenient. Did not eat in restaurant but had a few drinks. Pricey but to be expected.... Normal hotel prices. Ambience was great. I paid a very small fee for an early check-in and was actually able to get into my room after landing from a red eye which was great. Did some work in the downstairs Lobby on their free wi-fi. Lots of seating areas. Comfy chairs, tables, workstations, lot of variety. The room itself had a 65 inch TV, small desk, and lounge chair. I prefer room with more plugs. I'm surprised at how many hotels don't have ample plugs for everything. We did have a balcony but it overlooked the parking garage and AC units which was very loud but nice to get some fresh air. If you want Starbucks you can use the skybridge to the convention center and never have to go outside. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. The pros far outweigh the two small cons (plugs and balcony overlooking ac units). Every worker we came cross was pleasant and helpful.
Hosted our fandom convention. Hotel staff, even under immense demand, were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, well cared for, and comfortable. The entire event was wonderful and the Hyatt deserve the highest praise.
Stayed here for the Anmie Midwest convention. Hotel is big and clean. Rooms could use some updating.
Rooms are dusty and not well cleaned also it s noisy and if you are driving a car they need you to pay $32 per day!
I've been staying here for years and find it to be quite adequate for my one night at a time visits. The staff is very friendly the rooms are very nice and it is a large and Contemporary Hotel. The shuttle to the airport is very reliable.
Was here for a work function, the staff was very attentive and helpful the entire time. Its architecturally beautiful inside. Great conference rooms
Went to Anime Midwest here, it was great, but I couldn't get data in some of the rooms.
Came here for MFF 2017, the ability to access a different elevator for the executive suites was awesome and saved me so much time waiting for elevators.
good and relex
little bit noizy by airplanes
Absolutely the most beautiful setting and experience I've had. The staff was so helpful.
Very clean and such spacious accommodations! I am obsessed with the decor in the lobby and the incredibly helpful staff!
We lost our flight to KY. They gave us a voucher to stay overnight in this hotel. It was crowded and a long waiting queue.(we waited for a long time)
We were tired coming from abroad. They gave us a voucher for dinner, we waited for a meal that wasn't according to our expectations. Anyway, I lost my necklace and as kh ed the receptionist who gave us an address to send an email to them, but we received no answer and no follow up. It was a bad experience. Thanks.
Good location near train station and convention center. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 15min walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and staff is friendly. Atrium inside is definitely a site to see, it lets it lots of natural light.
Great Easter Brunch for the money. Hard to find parking
The hotel and room were lovely. My stay was very relaxing and I'd definitely stay there again.
Stayed in the tower rooms, a little odd. The restaurants and desk were definitely understaffed for the volume of guests.
Very awesome and friendly staff. They know how to treat you right
On the phone I was told there was a $100 pet deposit, after booking and traveling with a dog to the hotel, I was told it was $100 non-refundable fee. I had to show the manager my call log to get her to believe me and finally, begrudgedly she waived the fee. Had she had a different attitude I prob would have given 3-4 stars, the elevator quit working briefly and the food was over priced but the hotel and room was clean and nice.
Stayed for the PIE show. Fantastic food and great amenities.
Hotel was easy to find. Parking is a rip off, but being from Indianapolis I'm not used to paying for parking. Hotel has a great design and very very clean. Room was better than expected. Would probably stay again.
Been here twice and the rooms are super clean with awesome views if you go to higher levels.
Friendly staff, clean room, close to airport (could be a con if some flight noise is unbearable to you)
