Beautiful hotel - huge, with great customer service.
The staff are always professional and welcoming. Rooms are always adequate
I stayed in one of the four circle towers rooms. The room was fine, small overall, especially the bathroom. Nice amenities and my room had a 65' TV, which seemed odd for a smaller room. Overall, nice place to stay.
I really like the rooms and that I can make my own coffee in the morning. Room service is super timely and my sheets are always tucked just right.
One thing I'm not sure of though, is if my towels in the bathroom are being changed every day...
Good place but there was one hall way that was super hot
Staying in the presidential suite. Very nice room. Lobby is great as well. Visiting for acen
Awesome hotel. Spacious with enough rooms for the Anime Convention.
Easy access to highway and public transit. Spacious meeting and convention space. Helpful desk staff, ample parking.
The best place in Chicago to park/sleep/fly. Beautiful and excellent staff.
Mix up at first with rooms but once I got in they were very clean and spacious. Good for a quick nights stay.
We use the hotel all the time when traveling out of Chicago. It has a covered garage and no additional fee to keep your car there while on vacation.
Stayed here for MCACN great location rims were clean and up to date. Will stay here again.
Nice hotel but did not like the pie shaped room in one of the round towers.
Great park and fly location. Car was in secured, covered lot. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Only heard one plane go over and it wasn't loud. Only thing that could be improved was the check in process... long, slow line both times.
Hotel is very spacious and beautiful. Utilized conference rooms and worked perfectly.
Amazing staff, great facilities, always happy to be here
After having an obvious error on an airline hotel voucher this hotel would not allow us to book a room at any price. They suggested we go back to Ohare airport to get correct voucher but all desks were closed due to time of night. After numerous efforts to get a room they refused at any price. We ended up sleeping on the hard chairs at the airport. And this was after 30 hours of travelling with no sleep. I have been a Hyatt World member for years but because of the rude and callous treatment at this hotel I refuse to ever book at Hyatt again. Which is a shame.
Staff was nice and professional. Loved the executive suite. Hope to get one again!
Delightful venue for 1500 ladies to hang out for a weekend. My room was perfect. Services excellent. Thank you.
The Beatles thing was awesome, I would call this a mini Hyatt it only has 11 floors
Pros: V. near airport, v. nice rooms, comfortable beds ; v friendly and helpful staff, good food w/ vegan options; nice exercise center.
Cons: V. near airport, Concrete jungle chic isn't really my thing, but... No pool or hot tub or spa!!! Owners decided extra profit from meeting rooms was much more important than guest comfort and relaxation (thus -1 star). King room I stayed in had v nice but tiny bathroom, but shower only - since no hottub, would have really appreciated a bath. If not being downtown, or being able to swim or soak or steam isn't a silver bullet for you, I def. recommend this place.
I was a reluctant guest due to airline issues, but I'm glad such a comfortable and nice looking hotel was available to me! Nice atmosphere, a bit pricey for me perhaps but the quality is excellent.
Fantastic hotel. One of my preferred places when I'm in Chicago.
The location is convenient in that it is close to the airport and easily accessible.
Reception has a stunning space with the beautiful Central columns which house the elevators. We were in the executive rooms so it was a bit out of the way when entering where the shuttles drop you off. The rooms we well appointed and clean. No refrigerator, unfortunately.
Close to the airport, but walls are thin, and the hotel itself is a little outdated. Pretty far from city center.
Great hotel for conventions, the food is over priced
Room was out of date, window was slightly open and temperature was set to 83 degrees when we arrived. And the bathroom was the smallest bathroom I've ever seen inside a hotel. This was inside one of their suites. Very dissatisfied. The lobby is quite nice though.
Very overpriced for the quality. The building itself was very outdated. The rooms are tiny compared to what other hotels in the area offers for half the price and twice the quality. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low and almost nonexistent at times (I'm assuming when other rooms flushed their toilets based on the frequency and manner in which the pressure flickered). I could clearly hear the conversation in the room next to me and it sounded like they were using a normal indoor volume. The location was great for the convention center across the street and the staff was friendly, but I personally would not stay here again knowing what other hotels on the same block are like.
It is a good convention center, parking is expensive.
Fantastic place for special events. Beautiful suite. Excellent staff. Great food. Love this place. I'll be coming back.
Over priced parking! Too far of a walk entrances are not staffed!
Luxurious hotel near lots of dining, shopping and nightlife.
A wonderful hotel. Modern decor. Expansive attriums. Great buffet.
Solidly built quiet rooms. 65" TVs! Parking pricey though.
Was here for acen, been here 4 years, great rooms also clean and neat.
Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and came with a massive television. Also within walking distance of a good selection of entertainment and restaurants.
With the convention center being next door, the Hyatt sees a lot of action. Despite this, I've never felt any short temper or rudeness from the Hyatt team members. They're attentive and care about your experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The only con is that you'll be walking for a while if you access the convention center from the hotel and vice versa. This is more the fault due to layout of the convention as the lobby is in the middle of the building.
Great hotel but was disappointed that they charge you for the breakfast. It's a very elaborate buffet but $20 per person is a lot.
Event in the ballroom was well done. Food was above average and employees were friendly.
The employees always made me feel like I was in my house. Clean and close to the entertainment district.
The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and tidy. But one thing is they DO NOT take customer's issue seriously.
I booked for one night's parking fee from a third party app. When I checked in, I provided my reservation info from the app and I was told I will not need to worry about it when I get out of the garage. Then the next morning, when I want to drop my friend off at the airport. The parking system did not recognize my vehicle and I have to pay another 36 dollars to get out of the garage. Later I talked to the front desk, they asked for my driver license and my receipt for parking. Saying they would refund me the 36 dollars through mail. Yet it has been over a month. NOTHING is received. I talked to their accounting office a couple of times and I even write a email stating my problem clearly with my parking receipt. Still, I heard back nothing and no one has ever contacted me. Liked this hotel before but will never stay here again. Very IRRESPONSIBLE people.
Very quiet rooms, excellent Fourier, nice service, soft linens, convenient access to ORD.
Missing more outlets in the room, closet doors don't close, no complementary water (there is coffee and machine in the room, but no water) hotel bar close early. The service is great, beautiful and big hotel, Starbucks inside was a plus!!
The hotel was perfect for the conference. The staff went over and above to ensure that we had everything to make our conference go well. They catered to even last minute requests in the best possible way. Would highly recommend.
WiFi is quite unreliable. Food is expensive, untill you walk 15 minutes elsewhere. Everything else is fine.
The room was great though had a bit of a smell to it. They were remodeling 1/2 of the hotel though you did not see any of the construction which was nice
Great hotel! The staff is extremely helpful and courteous.
I did not spend the night but attended a conference for 3 days. The catering was wonderful the food was delicious, all of the public spaces, ballrooms and breakout rooms were really nice and current in terms of design. Banquet staff was also really helpful. Alot of my co workers complained about their rooms though and several of us had terrible experiences with the front drive/valet. The first day the person who helped me was really helpful but from the minute I pulled up was telling me what I could do or get help with if I gave a nice tip it was off putting. This happened to several of us in the group, the second day I need to load stuff I was told I had to find another place to do it if I didn't need help from a bellman or had my own cart. Not very helpful. We also had an issue with people crashing our event repeatedly for breakfast and snacks maybe we shouldve asked for a rope off to our event but that wasnt ok either.
Cool hotel setup and very nice people. Huge TVs in the rooms!!
Great location for access to Ohare and great parking garage.
Rooms were nice and clean but a little small. Grand ballroom was very nice but other weddings were really close.
Been there for multiple events. Always well executed
Nice hotel! I had a super-brief overnight stay, but the service was impeccable, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the design/decor were top notch.
I m sorry a so called 4 star hotel that charges 7$ an hour to use internet is maybe from the Middle Ages. Plus hotel is old they charge for everything parking is 40$ a night. As well as blood stained carpet. Not impressed I m sure there are other better ORD hotels.
Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Beds are comfortable. Great amenities in room. Exceptional meeting rooms and service. Highly recommend for conferences of any size. Convenient shuttle service to airport.
I love this hotel. Though I attended a furry event and some genius decided it was a good idea to paint the stairwell doors. $3000 fursuits and paint font mix well.
Used the parking facility here to Park my car and fly out at O'Hare. Price was competitive, cheap. Shuttle leaves every 15 minutes, only a few minute drive to the gate!
All their public televisions have on CNN which is basically political bias. No thanks!
Good location right by o'hare airport and the Rosemont convention center.
