We purchase a used car from Honda of Serramonte and was worried that it could give us problems as the car we would be purchasing was used! But with the help of Charles Pruitt - Sales Consultant he insert we was making a good buy! Now I have to say once we had the car for 1 day we started to have problems with the car, so I called Charles Pruitt - Sales Consultant and have to say Charles, Sales Manager and Service Manger all have taken car of any of the problems we have had with the car. I have to say that Honda of Serramonte really do care about there customers! We could not be more happy with our purchase!
