I purchased a new Honda civic from Honda of Serramonte. I found out online that they had the exact configuration I was looking for on the lot, so we stopped by. Everything about the sales process was excellent and straightforward. We had Andy as our salesman and he was superb! These guys are a volume dealership - so they are real pros and won't jerk you around. Despite my very specific set of features I wanted, they gave me an excellent price on the car.
