I went to get a standard oil change at this Honda dealership. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. The free shuttle service was great as well. Unfortunately they told me that my oil pan had to be replaced because the drain plug was stripped and welded shut- that they weren't able to change the oil until this was done. They quoted me a price of $920. I went to a privately owned car repair shop for a second opinion and they were able to get the drain plug out and changed my oil without any issue. The new plug costed me $5. $920 compared to $5 and honest service... I'll take my chances elsewhere so I don't get scammed by some big corp.
