I called the service department and scheduled for ...

I called the service department and scheduled for express service super maintenance service based on the coupon that I received. In that coupon it is mentioned that service duration will be less than 45 minutes otherwise thr next service will be free. I went to the service department and gave the car nd waited for 2 hours to get the service completed. When I checked with the manager they said that it will not apply. I do not know what does that mean and this is disappointing. Will never come back to this location for sevice any more.
