Over one year ago, this service department told me that I needed over $1,000 for emergency repair or my car may not make it the one hour drive it takes me to get home. I had a friend follow me home that day and my car is still going strong today. Perhaps Honda service thought they could intimidate me because I am a female who knows nothing about cars; good thing that my skills include detecting frauds.
