I was shopping for a Honda Passport. I remembered Costco had an auto program and through that program I was sent to Honda of Pasadena. They had what I was looking for and the rest was a simple progress. No pressure to look at anything but what I wanted and they delivered great customer service. Great experience because of the excellent service I receive from Michael Tran . I bought my 2014 hybrid Civic from Honda of Pasadena in 2015. I was referred to Honda of Pasadena by a friend and was told to see Mike Tran, I was blown away with his kindness and professionalism. I have taken my vehicle to a different dealer multiple times with no solution, within an hour Mike had diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within the day. Go to this location. They are awesome and keep you informed. The guy who helped me told me what I was going to pay for that day. He told me about my two free oil changes that I didn t know came with my car when I bought it and they informed me about what my warranty covers and switched out my battery because they saw it was low. The guy quoted me an hour to and hour and 15 mins and an hour in he came to inform me it would be a little longer. I super appreciated that because the last Honda I went to quoted me an hour and I was there 3 and no one let me know why it was taking so long, I kept having to go look for someone to ask where s my car and then they tried to add some charges while they had my car in service. But this location didn t do any of that. They kept it top notch. Go here if you get your car serviced by Honda.

Went in for a scheduled oil change & multi-point 20K inspection. My appointment time was observed promptly and they were finished in less than an hour. Possibly much less, as it took them a while to find me hiding out in their internet lounge, which is very quiet & convenient for telecommuting while waiting.
From making the appointment to getting me home safely, Honda of Pasadena made everything easy and comfortable. Everyone is courteous and helpful there. I had to have my car serviced for a factory recall order, and they made sure the parts were there, they scheduled me quickly, and I received numerous confirmations and reminders. When I arrived it was clear that they were practicing all the smart public health mandates and made sure a service technician (Nick/Nicholas) was there to walk me through what would happen. When the expected time was going to be longer than I was originally expecting, they offered a courtesy shuttle to bring me home. Nick called when the car was ready, another courtesy shuttle arrived almost immediately, and Nick wxplained what they did (service completed, along with a full inspection added in), and he walked me to my car to make sure I was happy with everything and safely on my way. Everyone there seems receptive to feedback and everyone seems happy to work there. I m happy this is the dealership where I got my two Hondas in my life and I m happy they continue to handle my mandated services. The parking lot can get very crowded so please use caution entering and exiting.

Phenomenal. Oil changed. Car was filthy and they gave it a wash (from the outside only) which is still above and beyond what they should do. AND free shuttle back home to work and pick up when car is done. 10/10 would recommend
Brandon Burney was amazing. I've bought several cars from him and the team at Honda of Pasadena. They make it so easy to get a Honda. The selection of cars was great. Brandon showed my family all about the Accord and convinced us it was the perfect family car. I love the backup camera and all the technology. Everyone knows Honda is "numba one". The service department is very nice. The people are very courteous, attentive and efficient. Karen is new to this branch. She knows cars which is vey important to me. Most importantly she explained in detail before I dropped off the car and at pick up. She is calm and collected and puts you at ease especially if you re a woman. You know what you re dealing with and that s so important and reassuring. She s great.

Needed additional keyless fobs. They arrived when promised and the service techs processed the order snd the programming in a shorter period of time than expected. Everyone I dealt with fir this event was courteous and had their act together on a busy afternoon.

Karen was great but the service department kept losing the part I ordered. They would call, confirm my part had arrived, then when I scheduled an appointment they couldn t locate the part. This happened several times. Fortunately, Karen helped get it done (5 stars for her) but otherwise there seems to be a lot of disorganization.
Excellent service by staff, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. They have a nice facility, quiet room and outlets to charge. Karen was hilarious and took good care of me. TY!
I give up on this place. Took my car to get serviced they took 5 days. They didn't call me at all I had to keep calling them. They don't even answer my patience definitely ran out. They wanna charge me and say it's not covered in the warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE.

Review for sakes department: I had a great car buying experience with salesman Brian Lee. He was very helpful from the initial call to setting up car features after the purchase. Most importantly, Brian was fair and very efficient.
The entire process took less than 3 hours. There was no haggling, no back and forth, and no let me talk to my manager. There was no pressure in making the final decision. The internet price was honored and the after-market car alarm was removed without hassle.
I would give a higher rating, but they took way too long to complete my service. I was waiting and they promise my car back by a certain time and didnt have it done. It screwed up my day.

I struck a deal with Michael Angelo for a certified used Honda accord. Compared to other dealers, he was very kind and friendly to us. Enough test drive to gauge the car. He gave me a price that matched the internet price exactly.
The finance guy (Edwin) was also pretty nice; most dealers would try to sell us many optional stuff, but this guy backed off the moment I said no.
Overall, no bait-and-change, quick process (took me about two to three hours or so to get the car), and friendly environment. I encourage anyone who would like a quick and honest buy to consider this place.

I brought my 2004 Element in for a warranty passenger airbag recall fix. I had a great experience. I called, set up an appointment with a very courteous woman for a day and time suitable for me. (7:30 Wed). I arrived with the vehicle Wednesday morning at 7:30. I had been told a service representative would not be available until 8:00, but decided to arrive early in case there was a long line to wait in. I was met early at about 7:45 by Henry. He was very pleasant, efficient, as he checked me in. I told him I would be back around 4:00 in the afternoon. He assured me my car would be ready to pick up. When I returned I spoke with Henry again. He had papers ready to sign. My vehicle was promptly delivered to me. All personnel were friendly, courteous, professional. All around a great experience.

On 2/3/13, Richard "RC Charvez, the internet sales manager contacted me after I requested a quote for a 2013 Honda Accord Sport model. RC and I exchanged several text messages and phone calls and set up an appointment on the same day to get the car. RC was very professional, courteous and an excellent sales manager. When we got there, he was ready for us. Got the car and papers ready. He helped me got the car that I wanted and the price that we wanted. This dealership has a real family feel. I started by looking for my car online via Costco and was referred here. There was no high pressure and my salesperson, Johnny La, was super helpful every step of the way. They sincerely worked to find the right vehicle for me and the experience went smoothly from start to finish. If you are thinking about buying a Honda, I recommend Honda of Pasadena.
I took my car here a couple of times and I all I have to say is these people have terrible attitude once you sign their release form! First they refused to give me any price range upfront except a range of ~$400 to $500 for some oil change and simple inspection, then I received a call that my service would cost $650 because more repair had to be done and I gave them permission to go ahead and make necessary repairs. Once I showed up to pick up my car the bill was ~$1,100 and the manager had such attitude that how do you even dare to question the price and totally denied that the initial quote over the phone which was after the technician diagnostic was almost half of the final cost! Of course I did not accept the nonsense and finally lowered it to $950, another simple sign that how much their price was unrealistic at the first place! They did not even tell me what services have been done on the car, did not show me replaced parts, except a 2 minute quick talk and a read-it-yourself technical printed report!! The manager was so inpatient when I asked about the type of services and type of oil and break pads they put in my car that I almost felt I am totally unwelcome in their shop and all they wanted was my money for their over priced service! This dealership needs some major customer service upgrade.
I've bought two cars from this dealership and I just purchased my third one. The experience here is always great and I always get the best price after doing research at other dealerships. I walked in, spoke to salesman Fred Kabrite and told him exactly what I want and he delivered! I got the exact car I want with the right price. Fred and Mark in financing made this experience better than I expected. I know I will return for my fourth Honda in the future.
Wonderful dealership to buy a car. This was my first time ever buying a car and I will tell you I was nervous beyond belief. My car had just broken down on me and I needed a car ASAP to get to work but I couldn't afford high monthly payments.
If you are coming here I recommend asking for Hassan "Mo" Halawa. He made my buying experience smooth and easy. He did his best to work out an affordable monthly payment. Sneaky customer service - they were not upfront about what they were charging us, despite all the questions we asked - persistence in being sneaky. No thank you.
Came in to have my AC fixed, and after the service was done was told it was fixed. After running to AC I noticed it was not blowing AC air. The next day I called the tech advisor I worked with regarding this, but the transferred call went to VM. I left a VM, but, as of today (2 days after leaving VM) the advisor has not called back. Seems the customer care stops after paying the balance on the work order.

Honda of Pasadena typically does a good job for me. My last visit included a recall repair for an airbag inflator. Unfortunately, the paneling was not properly reset and the console had glue on it. I pointed it out to Nicholas, my advisor that day, and he had Brian (technician) immediately repair it. I was happy with the immediate attention. I agree , it should not have happened but I was happy that Honda accepted the responsibility. Nicholas was right on top of this and stood by until the work was done to my satisfaction. Thank you Nick.
While I have been having issues with my 2017 ridgeline. The service department has been going above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issues. From electrical(windows not working). Wind noise (driver door seal) which they haven t been able to fix but not for lack of trying and most recently my phantom engine check (emissions problem) that comes and goes. While the ridgeline has had its share if issues the service department has been great. I don t believe a non Honda service would be able to find all of the problems that are sometimes endemic in first year models.
