Despicable. I went to this dealership to get my airbag replaced on the recall. While there, they tried to scare me into getting my brakes replaced, saying I had almost nothing left on the brake pads. I have a regular mechanic I've known and loved and trusted for 14 years (he couldn't do the recall, which is why I went here) and he always warns me when maintenance is coming up, especially if it's going to be expensive. I left this shop amid dire warnings of the risk I was putting myself at, making it sound like the brakes wouldn't last for my short trip home. Brought it in to my mechanic, turns out I had a decent amount of brake pad left and was in no danger. Today, three months later, I had the work done - still with some old brake pad left. Despicable upsell, hard sell tactics by this dealership. Good thing the airbag replacement was free; I will NEVER spend a penny here, nor would I trust them w/their diagnosis.
