Pasadena Honda is undoubtedly in excellent hands with Nicholas Cuddhihy serving its customers. That said, I just wanted to take a moment to, in some formal fashion, express our gratitude for the super professional, competent and accommodating service I received at your Honda of Pasadena dealership by Customer Service Advisor Nicholas Cuddhihy during my visit there this Saturday, May 11th, 2019.

From beginning to end, I found this time, as in previous visits where Nicholas has helped me, that working with him, was easy, relaxed and informative, which made my visit and the servicing performed on my vehicle effortless and relatively quick.

Overall the entire visit, effort and experience proved to be a positive, enjoyable, rewarding and most importantly a successful one.
