I was a customer of this dealership, until they misrepresented a Certified Honda I purchased. It had been in a previous accident and had the frame repaired. During the sale, the dealership provided a copy of the CarFax which showed nothing. I asked if it had ever been in an accident, and was told it was not, verbally.
When I discovered all of this, I attempted to resolve this with general manager. We could not agree on the buy back price, even though it was within $500. I told him that I would pursue Honda Corporation and litigation, if necessary.
Fast Forward to present:
Honda Corporation would not stand behind the vehicle or resolve the problem. After several weeks, Corporate told me I had to resolve it directly with the dealership. I gave the dealership a final opportunity, but they refused.
I took them to small claims court and won my case. They appealed. The case went Civil Court and won again. The dealership paid me the judgement. I sold the car to a wholesaler.
I even filed a complaint against this dealership with the BBB. The complaint is on file, but only has a small effect. BBB really has no teeth anymore.
Avoid this dealership!!
