I had a wonderful experience with Honda of Pasadena. I bought two cars. The entire team was professional and courteous. *Veronica Grey* my sales person was ever patient with me. She epitomizes the word service....... One of the cars I bought I returned or should I say TOTALED!! they got me in a new car within a week. No problem she helped me at no extra cost. I wanted something more sporty and spacious & I got it. Their policy gives you five days if you wish to change and also the the option for GAP INSURANCE something that is very much needed!!!.
