I have to say that the Service Dept and Parts dept...
I have to say that the Service Dept and Parts dept were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. My experience with them was great.
As for the sales team, not at all impressed. Judging a book by its cover is never wise. I was approached by someone and as soon as I answered that i was there for service, i was no longer a customer. I was looking at vehicles and literally had to track someone down to even ask if there were any other vehicles of the same model. I was walked to the "back" and then told there's another one somewhere back there. I usually cant stand being prey when i walk onto a car lot... But being completely ignored quite possibly just lost you a sale. I get mail from your dealership all the time about buying back my vehicle... But i have to say after being completely ignored - I wouldn't trade my vehicle there unless you gave me the vehicle for free, and even then I'd have second thoughts.
I'd recommend your sales team take a class on better sales practices. And how to treat a woman. Men aren't the only people that buy cars.
