Beware! They are horrible! I cancelled my contract and would NEVER recommend Homeserve!

Hello, I am a Homeserve customer, I have several contracts with them .. (Interior, exterior). For 3 years ... I have had the same leak that comes back, and that Homeserve providers "hack" (do not fix): So, re-tubing, in 2018 retubing, re-sheathing ...
The leaks continued in 2019 ... Another Craftsman re-hacked ... Then in 2020, in July! And I was counted 2 interventions! if! Always for the same pipe ...
So I have an eternal overbilling, since the Homeserve Company, does not want to repair. The damaged hose is never repaired! The re-casing serves as a temporary "dressing". So I am constantly leaking.
Normally, a professional must break a small part of the concrete blocks, which are around the perimeter of the meter, up to the door of my garage ... And use the existing pipes in my garage, according to the expert, that I consulted.
